The room is pretty small and location is far from Mall and restaurant. The hotel taxi is very very expensive.

dear valuable guest Thank you for your feedback I was surprised to read your comment mentioning the Mall is far as we are only 500 m and walking distance from Muscat Grand Mall and the newly opened Avenue mall. Taxi fare are set by local authorities. For an economy hotel our rooms are 20 sqm and come with a full set of amenities such as mini fridge, TV, coffee facilties, safe, etc It is always a pleasure to welcome you at ibis Muscat

Nice hotel

Nice stuff very helpful and smiley, nice location close to airport , food options was good , clean room , beds need to be improved but overall the room was good , I recommend the hotel to Buisness travlers it is worth to use it

i work in sohar, and come to muscat during weekends, for this budget the quality is very good, and actually one of the best hotels for its category. most of the time it is a good stay (unless non-smoking room is not available), the location is good near to everything, the staff is polite and helpful. The underground parking is good during summer, to keep the car a bit cool.

I was quite disappointed with this hotel. The service is sub standard. The rooms is very tired. The shower seems like its from a prison cell. I would not recommend staying here.

Bad experience. 2nd time staying there. Initial room given beyond imagination - renovation all over the 2nd Level. Wifi very terrible. Service poor. Front dest not will to give cable to charge IPhone 5. Need to put phone at front desk to charge phone.

Adequate

This hotel is adequate for a short business trip. The wifi in the room was slow and the buffet breakfast had only a limited selection. The rooms are acceptable with nothing particularly good or bad. At the end of the day it is an Ibis hotel so you get what you expect, a very average hotel
