“Was the worst hotel i have stayed, for the price you would think was kept up better, rooms smelled like animals, carpet soiled, it sets next to truck stop, so all night all you hear are deisel engines running, check in was rude and didnt speak english, most all the comfort inn and days in are run by same people who dont have the same standars as other chains, would avoid this peoperty and travel extra few mile to Davenport where there are nicer chain hotels that keep better care of their……

“Nice town and a great place to stay if you are going through !”

“Check-in was rough, the clerk was trying to deny me my reservation that was paid for due to I missed the first night reservation due to medical reasons. We called the hotel and reported that we would not be checking in the day of reservation but would using the room the second night. It wasn't recorded that I called. And she kept saying it was down as no show. I disputed as I had paid for the nights already and should have a reservation for the stay. After 20 minutes of disputes I demanded she……

The pool area wasn’t much better. There was a hose running into the pool, and the hot tub was out of service with construction materials covering it. It was certainly not the relaxing environment you’d……

Room was clean and everything worked however it had not been remodeled & wallpaper was peeling off and I thought that it was advertised as newly renovated and I was doing also the walk from the elevator to our room was very long. The food at the Sports Bar was good & reasonable. The buffet was ok but be sure and get your……

“My only problem was that the information listed about the hotel and what it offered included a swimming pool and a hot tub , neither of which were available. The lady behind the desk simply said , no , we don't have that.”
