"The entire staff made sure that during our staying (21 days) we felt comfortable.
This place has a lush beautiful garden that seems like an oasis in middle of nearby busy adjacent streets.
I’ll definitely stay at Novo Hotel in my next visit to El Salvador!"

"This hotel has many rules not stated during the listing! You are not allowed to enter the hotel past 10pm at night. Moreover, every guest requires an ID, even if they are underage. This should be explicit stated because many people are traveling from far and may not always have official forms of identification."

"When we got there, they took copies of all our passports, which I found weird. Then she was taking long and she was rude. It was dirty, toilet had no toilet seat, the shower was dirty. The pillows smelled musty."

"Staying at Volcano Hostal was like stepping into a home away from home. From the moment I arrived (and even before I got there), the staff knew me by name. Gloria recognized me right away from our phone call, and every single team memberm(Francisco, Valeria, Doña Milagro, Doña Jenny, Ana, and Gabriel) made me feel like a VIP. They truly go out of their way, day or night, to help with anything you need and treat you with genuine warmth and respect.
My room by the pool was super private and comfortable. Every time it was cleaned, I came back to fresh sheets, a great scent, and all the essentials like air conditioning, WiFi, and a TV you can connect your laptop to. The pool area is a lovely spot to relax, and the location is fantastic, just a short walk from MetroCentro, restaurants, and everything else you might need.
And for those concerned about hot water, welcome to El Salvador! Most places here don’t have piping hot water because the climate is warm year-round, so it’s just part of the local experience. If you’re looking for a big chain hotel, this isn’t it. But if you want a hidden gem with an incredible staff who make you feel like family, this is the place to be."
"This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel, everyone who works there is very friendly, very clean, a safe area where you can walk around with complete peace of mind.

"The staff was really very good. In all regards. I also loved the completely unadvertised 5th floor cocktail and dining experience looking out over the Centro historico. I almost missed it it was so discreet. "
"Nice place, close to City Center, plenty of food, shopping and culture on the short walk to the City Center. Staff greeted us. New AC worked great! The only complaint would be no hot water but the 'warm' shower was refreshing. The bathroom was small but clean"
