Missing Money

Pros: The valets who parked my vehicle.
Cons: Get a mgmt team that has experience in dealing with guests
Checked in to hotel. Left room for 2 hours. During that time someone entered my room. The hotel knows someone was in there. $500.00 was missing from my briefcase. The bed was turned down, things were moved around in the room, the tv was turned off. Called director of rooms, Julia, she seemed like she had no interest in helping me & transferred me to Sergio, director of investigations. He pretty much gave me the impression this was not high on his list to deal with. I told BOTH mgr that I would be back on Saturday around 4:00pm and I would be happy to take a lie detector test to prove my story. No one was there to meet me, no notes were left for me and no one made an attempt to reach out to me while I was there. It's been 8 days and still no call back from the hotel. They must be very busy with a lot of other security issues. They have my e-mail address, home # and cell #. Still NO contact

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a generous spirit from all. Especially Shalenne. She made us feel special giving a new meaning to VIP. Thank you.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was nice, but it took nearly an hour to get food/drink that we ordered to the room. We ordered cheesecake through room service one night and paid over $12 for something that was clearly store-bought and likely from the frozen food section. Although there was a staff member always standing by the entrance, no one ever helped with my luggage. For the cost of the room (nearly $250 an hour), I expected more.

I had a terrible experience while booking through Expedia but the hotel was nice enough to allow accommodations

Wonderful location

Great location. Local food nearby . Very helpful courteous staff. Rooms were more than expected . Very comfortable and updated . Convenient shuttles available .

Cousin's weekend

Pros: Modern, nice rooms, and very friendly staff with good accommodations
Cons: Not a thing
Location: Plenty of restaurants, Broadway with a ton of bars
The hotel was great, would've like to dine in the hotel restaurant but it was under construction but at least the bar was open!

Bad choice.

Beds were uncomfortable and the floor had almost no padding. The coffee service closed at 11 AM each day and to ask the bar for coffee took 40 minutes. Not really a hotel set up to be customer friendly.

Hotel under construction

During our couples massage the workers must have come back from break and started working and ruined the second half of our massages

Great Place to Enjoy Nashville

Pros: Location and the vibe, plus the staff.
Jay and the entire staff are amazing, they know how to make you feel right at home. They take pride in their facility and EVERYONE is so friendly. Do yourself a favor and make this hotel your base of operation, you will be pleased you did.

Contemporary elegance

Pros: gym, shuttle, nice bed and room
My daughter and I were in Nashville for just one night and glad we chose the Hutton! Quiet room, well appointed, nice amenities in the bath. My only 'complaint" was no coffee maker in the room. I saw a complimentary coffee stand when we checked in, but the next morning it was not there. Had to purchase coffee from their kiosk, not a problem but they only offered one small size. I like a lot of coffee! The hotel is under renovations and so was the restaurant, so maybe that was the issue. They offer a shuttle which we took to the event we were attending. Nice touch. Great gym in a relatively small area - nice equipment and free weights. Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back when the renovations are complete.
