Management rude and rooms arent clean
This was the worst stay ever. Upon arriving I knew I didnt want to stay as the pics online and what I saw in person was not the same. It was run down, smell bad and not clean. My card was charged twice for incidentals and they never accurately checked me in. But that's not the reason for my bad review. Instead being mean to staff I emailed Hotels.com to see if I could switch my reservation the next day without making a scene. When I went to front desk to ask if check-in was complete the manager confronted me about my complaints, and said we've checked you out and you have to leave. I told her oh, I had no idea, I was told someone would email me if it was still an option. She looked extremely upset and said we're not up to your standard so you have to go we checked you out, maybe your next stay will be better. This was extremely rude, unnecessary and wrong. While I did want to leave, I thought I was doing it in a respectful manner, but apparently she was offended and chose to lash out instead of take the time exercise great customer service. I will never allow someone to treat me this way and take my money. HORRIBLE STAY!

The room is clean except for the silly string stuck on the ceiling. The beds however are like sleeping on a board, very very uncomfortable so we didn’t sleep very well and woke up sore. Very quiet at night.

A place for the night
It was a typical place. Had some pluses and had some minuses. We stayed due to a power outage at our home and this is nearby. Place was packed because of it. I'm sure staffing was doing their best. Room was clean and mostly comfy. The fan in the bathroom needs fixing - very noisy. Place has changed names/company owners so I hope updates are coming.

Pool and hot tub had scum throughout. Side doors never locked so I didn’t feel safe-anyone could have been hanging out in the hallways. Was charged $50 for incidentals which I’ve never been charged that kind of fee before.

Unfortunately, we were charged for the $50 deposit instead of just having it held on our card. I had already paid in advance on Expedia, but the person who checked me in required I add another credit card. This caused an undue wait period for the funds I need now. To make matters worse, my son left two full boxes of contacts in the bathroom. He had picked them up on our way out of town and was worried that the hot car would harm them so he brought them in. He forgot them and now it seems that the cleaning people tossed them out. The pool area inside was not air conditioned so while there was a pool table and air hockey it was hot as hell and we could not enjoy it. The outdoor pool was not cleaned very well and could use a new filter.

Description of hotel was not reality.
The amount of odor masking chemicals used, made the room smell unbearably perfuming. It was an immediate headache. You would almost believe you walked into a French bordello. The stains on the furniture really added to the initial impression. Had to use vinegar and ozium, to eliminate the smell. I covered anything contacting skin. Wasn’t sure what I’d catch/contract. The tub was a useless feature…no stopper. The pool, you couldn’t see more than 2 feet deep. The staff was pleasant. If it wasn’t for the staff I interacted with, I would have certainly left, after the first couple of hours.

Don’t judge a book by its cover
Quick overnight for a softball tournament. We were a little worried after reading some of the recent reviews but were pleasantly surprised with our stay. Our room had been recently renovated. Everything was clean with fresh paint, updated flooring (throughout the hotel) and bathroom. The beds were comfortable and sheets clean and fresh. The pool area was updated and very large. We would stay here again.

I stayed at the property for 4 nights Dee was so helpful and kind. The property was being renovated in some areas. My room was fine, refrigerator and microwave, nothing wrong with the room. My only suggestion is to leave extra garbage bags in the room. The pools were okay. Maintenance on pools is extremely costly. The breakfast was good.
