This was the worst stay ever. Upon arriving I knew I didnt want to stay as the pics online and what I saw in person was not the same. It was run down, smell bad and not clean. My card was charged twice for incidentals and they never accurately checked me in. But that's not the reason for my bad review.
Instead being mean to staff I emailed Hotels.com to see if I could switch my reservation the next day without making a scene. When I went to front desk to ask if check-in was complete the manager confronted me about my complaints, and said we've checked you out and you have to leave. I told her oh, I had no idea, I was told someone would email me if it was still an option. She looked extremely upset and said we're not up to your standard so you have to go we checked you out, maybe your next stay will be better.
This was extremely rude, unnecessary and wrong. While I did want to leave, I thought I was doing it in a respectful manner, but apparently she was offended and chose to lash out instead of take the time exercise great customer service.
I will never allow someone to treat me this way and take my money. HORRIBLE STAY!
