First they wouldn’t let me cancel my reservation because they didn’t want to give me my money back after I had accidentally scheduled me reservation for the wrong day. When I show up at 1:45 p.m. to check in they told me that check in time wasn’t until 2 p.m. but the room wasn’t ready so I can’t check in until 3. Not only was she rude about it she also had a bad attitude towards me. So I come back at 3 and check in! Then after I get into the room she comes to my room telling me the room wasn’t clean yet and she was trying to get into the room after I told her it had been cleaned but she was very persistent on trying to get into the room saying it wasn’t clean yet and I told her again that it had been cleaned and she said it hadn’t been vacuumed but it didn’t matter at this point because I done put all my stuff in the room so I said it was ok and she asked are you sure and I said yes I’m sure it’s ok because I done had to wait for an hour to get into a room that wasn’t ready yet but when able to get into the room it wasn’t properly cleaned yet and all I wanted was my money back the day before but they weren’t going to do that so I had to stay at this dirty, rude, not ready yet hotel that could have simply given my money back and not get this bad review!

What a nightmare
It was ok but u gotta danm near beg for shampoo towels or anything actually! I stayed 4 days because of circumstance! The 4th day i left had a ride come pick me up an hr later they told me i couldnt wait there on property! Wow really verry rude indeed! When given a recipt it doesnt explain fees taxed nothn they just say its for that! That 45 dollar a nigt cost me 66 bucks a night false advertizment! I had no choice but to stay there ill not fo it again

This hotel was clean and the refrigerator worked, but there was absolutely nothing for breakfast. Glad I had brought a few things for my picky eaters. All they had was coffee in the room. Don't advertise the breakfast is included when there isnt any. And we also got a call at 6:10 AM, after arriving late the night before. Not impressed overall.

The only positive thing I can say about this place is that atleast we had a place to sleep. Upon arriving to our room, we found the front door wide open and the tv on ( this location has outside entrances). When we told the manager, she replied that they always leave the tv on and in a cavalier tone said they must have not shut the door, but its okay because they have cameras outside! Seriously? So its okay if someone ended up in our room to harm us because it would show up on their camera?? They had no other vacancies so we had to take the room. The next morning when I went to check out, there was a woman sleeping in her car. No one was at the counter to help. I knocked on the window, the counter and shouted out HELLO several times. Other customers came to check out and still no one came to the counter. I finally got on the phone and called them. They answered. I told them we were,all needing to check out. They still wouldnt come to the checkout counter. They told me over the phone to just leave our keys on the counter and leave. Again, no proper responsibility. Anyone could have taken my key, used my room, trashed it and then I wouod have been charged for it. Outrageous excuse for the way a hotel should be run. No measures to ensure the customers sense of safety at all in any way.

Reserved a smoking room with king bed a month before arriving and unavailable when checking in. Check in is at 2 and the guy who checks you In wasn’t there-had to talk to him on the phone and he acted like I didn’t have a reservation. No breakfast-not even coffee. We were there for 3 nights after the first night the room was completely cleaned and the second night just replaced towels. Things could be updated. Will never stay there again

After traveling most of the day, we arrived at this motel at approximately 10:00 PM. Upon check in, we were told by the motel staff that we did not have a recorded reservation for the 2 non-smoking rooms we had reserved weeks earlier. Interesting enough, my wife called the motel that same afternoon and was told there would be 2 rooms ready when we arrived. Luckily, there is a Super 8 next door that had available rooms. After checking in, I called Expedia and of course, our reservation with Americas Best Value Inn did exist. The Expedia representative placed my call on hold and contacted this motel and was also told there was not a prior reservation in our name. This was a hassle we really didn’t need.

My fiance stays at a motel durning his work week. This time it was Americas best value inn muskogee. It was closer then where he normally stayed in tulsa. He came home last night with bites and not feeling well. Today we find out they are from bed bugs! I was going up next week wirh him and booked there. I canceled that fast. Bed bugs no thank you.

No hot water, blanket had cigarette burns, towels were so old they were yellowish and had no nap, room was definitely entered in the morning but was not cleaned (bed not made, trash not removed, but couch was moved and AC cranked to full blast). Have stayed here at least 20 times the last several years and have watched it deteriorate. This trip was last straw.

Our 1st room, the heat and air didn’t work. Found the coffee pot was broken. It had an old coffee pod and water in it. Was moved from a king room to a double, that wasn’t much better if any.

Take my advice and book elsewhere.
This hotel was terrible. The phone was broken, there were no towels in the room, there was at least one electric socket that was missing the cover, the beds were extremely worn and uncomfortable, and the smoke detector was missing. We had a smoking room, but there were no ashtrays. The drain for the bathtub was broken so there was just a hole in the bottom of the tub. We had reserved a king size bed and we were put in a room with 2 double beds. I have never experienced anything like this before. WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH OUR STAY AND WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Women on staff was NOT friendly in anyway. Phone in the room didn't work, smoke alarm was missing. When I went to tell the women on staff she just shrugged her shoulders and said "yea some guest take the alarms down and take them" I asked if there was maintenance on staff to put a smoke alarm up she said no and did nothing about the phone. Iand the so called breakfast was nothing but some kind of danish or donuts in a container that you couldn't even see what was in it. This is the second time at this named hotel chain that I have had a bad experience. Will never stay with them again.

Quiet hotel the room was clean
The staff were very rude and not customer service friendly at all I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I know nor would I ever stay at this America Best Value inn in Muskogee, OK ever again.

Needs Updating
The Receptionist was very nice, but the room left a lot to be desired. I know you cant expect a lot at that price point, but there should not be burn holes in the sheets and rips in the blankets.

Did not have our reservation, even though we had confirmation. Front desk attitude lacked a lot. "Breakfast" got a D...no fruit, no juice...only coffee, watery hot chocolate out of machine, green teabags, only a roll in cellophane, tiny muffin, cornflakes and cheerio-type in a dispenser. No front desk attendant, but felt like we were being watched through the two-way mirror. Too much money for the accommodations.
