Exceptional Customer Service

The hotel itself is typical for a Fairfield Inn: clean, comfortable, decent breakfast, perfect for business travel. The only problem I had was the printer in the business center wouldn't print my documents that were necessary for the next morning. Rheji, the assistant manager, provided the most exceptional customer service in getting my documents printed. I've never had a hotel employee go so far above and beyond his duties. They are very lucky to have him.

Good Location

Pros: I liked the fact that there was an indoor pool (even though we couldn't use it this time), plenty of fluffy towels and pillows.
Cons: Make sure all TV remotes are properly programmed and working.
Location: Lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby. Great location!!!
We were looking forward to swimming when we checked in, only to learn that the pool was "out of order" due to an "incident" the night before. OK, so we overlooked that, and went on up to our room. The room was clean, and had a microwave and fridge, also an ironing board, iron and hair dryer. All the essentials, YAY!! Then we discovered that the TV remote didn't work, and my husband went to the front desk to exchange it. Well, the new one didn't work, either, so that was a bummer. Anyway, when we went to check out, the front desk clerk asked us how we liked our stay. At first I wasn't going to say anything, but since Joe seemed so friendly, we found ourselves telling him about our "problems". Joe was very sympathetic, and apologized for our "bad" time. We left with smiles, and hope to return for a better experience.

Clean and friendly

We have stayed several times in this hotel when visiting family in the area. The staff is always friendly and the hotel is clean and nicely appointed. My husband used the gym every day and the breakfast offering were fine. Shopping and restaurants are close by with IHOP giving a 15% discount if you stay here. We would stay here again.
