穆特特度假短租

“Overall poor experience. Not cleanly. Inaccurate listing, particularly as it relates to the airport shuttle. Lights went out often. Walls and windows are super thin. No rest - could hear everything. Poor outdoor lighting. ”

“ My stay here exceeded very expection from moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt peaceful, secure, and professionally managed. The room was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and designed for true comfort. I slept perfectly and woke up refreshed. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the welcoming environment. This is not just a place to stay, it’s a place to experience comfort and peace. I will absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and……

“The receptionist and cleaning staff were very good and helpful. I will definitely stay there again”

“My family enjoyed everything about this property. The housekeeping and cooks were our highlights along with the great security guards that actually assist with luggage to the rooms. The breakfast is brought to your room FRESHLY MADE. Eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit, tea and coffee, toast and muffin. The only thing; the electric is ran off a prepaid card (as all of Rwanda), BUT the card ran out and I thought we were without electric until I looked around at the other rooms and seen that they had……

“not good , not recommend.”

“Thank you”

“The bathroom had a lot of mould on the ground as the curtain did not stop water from spilling out of the shower area. The bathroom fan did not work, and the window in the bathroom strangely opened into the hallway. Staff were nice and helpful, and the air conditioning was nice, however the bed was very hard.”

“Received one actual key and room furniture were old but room was clean. After figuring out the water heater, shower was ok but door missing so water went everywhere in the bathroom. Toiletries were available. No AC so they brought a fan.”

“The place is very clean, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. There is only one air conditioner in the main bedroom, and there isn't one in the living room. However, there is a portable fan, so it never felt too hot. The staff are a bit unfriendly, but that's something I could overlook. The biggest downside is the Wi-Fi. It disconnects so frequently that it's almost unusable. This is definitely something that needs to be improved.”

“A very nice place to stay, right in the heart of Kigali’s Business Center. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Delphine, Rose and all other staff member for making my stay so amazing. I recommend this place and will not hesitate to stay at Tropical Plaza Apartment once in Kigali.”
