Need major repairs and maintenance
Good location. We Paid extra $12 to get balconies with river view each room. Room 401 conditions Is horrible. Dirty bathroom, stained curtains & head lamp. Dirty glass cups. Unclean bath tub. Electrical plugs are so hard to engage. Bath tub is rocking and too high, unsafe for elderly. Room 301 door can not locked. Not worth for room nearly $35 dollar with upgraded. Easily mixed up with other hotel has the same name, similar pictures but different address owned by same family members.
Cracked tub and stained hose.
Stained head lamp and not working.

Good and Cheap, Value for money
Its a little bit dated and in need of some TLC but the overall stay was OK. The room was very big and had recently had a coat of paint but still felt dated. We also had a small balcony that looked over the street and river. Bed was big, clean and firm.. Fabulous! The bathroom was big too with a free standing bath with over head shower head. Water pressure was good. TV WiFi, all good. This is a great little hotel for the price. Reception was always friendly and helpful.

Very basic but it did the job.
Worked as a bed for the night. Bed was comfy. Price was right. Stayed just after New Years so the hotel and everything around it was pretty quiet.

The Song Tien Hotel Annex is a Good Place!
This review is for "Song Tien Hotel Annex”, which nearby the main hotel. I like the Annex, it has better staff eager to assist. The view at the Annex is much better, overlooking the river activities-get a room on 4th-5th floors. The room was a good size with a nice bathtub bathroom. The WiFi was weak at times, but staff fixes if you raise the issue. My advice is to skip breakfast at hotel; eat out at nearby Vietnamese eateries. It is a better,fresher and cost you about $1-2/day- trust me is much better! As anywhere in Vietnam, get ear plugs for the noise; or get up early to join the people in a nearby cafe! Overall: I enjoyed the hotel and will go there again-thisnwas my 2nd time/2nd year…

Please don't stay at this hotel
We checked in room with no view no window. We requested a king size bed and got 2 single bed. Towels where dirty stained and pillow got blood stain. The hotel it's small, every time we walked out of our room there where two people catching us at each end of the hallway. The room door is not a solid room door. We would never stayed there again please remove this hotel from your list.

don't go, They tried to charge me twice & when I checked out they told me that I could not leave until they checked the room to see if I drank the water because they would charge me 10,000 donga bottle, besides that nothing to see in My Tong & wanted to charge me twice the amount to rent a motorbike.

Sheets were clean minus some orange stains. Air conditioning worked great and bathrooms clean. Service could be better but free breakfast was good option even though we never used it up.

Great place to stay in My Tho
First up, this was our first trip to Vietnam and to My Tho (but we have travelled in SE Asia - Cambodia, Laos & Myanmar). I thought the room was great - spotless linen and a classy wet room-style bathroom. I found the staff to be really sweet and helpful, English is thin on the ground here, but the reception staff are nonetheless very welcoming and you can certainly get by. Breakfast is served in the affiliated restaurant across the street and was good - a choice of pho or eggs and bread. We also ate at the restaurant one night and enjoyed our meal. There is a cafe on the ground floor of the hotel - we ate pizza there on Xmas Eve and thought it was grand - certainly not an Italian-style wood-fired pizza, but a great option if you're tired of the seafood staples available in My Tho. In short, I'd happily recommend Song Tien Hotel - the location is great for exploring the Chinese quarter and markets and is only a 5-minute walk to the ferry terminal and surrounding bars & restaurants."

Clean and comfortable
This hotel was clean, quite spacious and well equipped. The service was friendly and helpful but communication in English with some of the reception staff was a bit difficult. The breakfast was very basic for Western tastes. The air con in my room did not cope with the very hot conditions, but the staff provided a fan which rectified the problem.

Fine place to sleep.
Hotel has neither spa nor restaurant or bar, but does boast a weird david lynch looking karaoke hall. Overall impression of the property is the same, kind of expect to see a vietnamese Isabella Rossellini cowering behind a doorway. Room was fine and clean. WiFi good, location central.

Nous sommes arrivés ce matin et l'accès à notre chambre nous a été refusée car soit disant ils avaient prévenu hôtel.com que l'hôtel était complet. メコンクルーズのために投宿したミト－だが、ホテルの周辺は旅行者に便利な店、レストランが乏しく、ボートステーションまでの距離もあり、不便。 ツアーのアレンジはシステマティックで、目的は達した。

チャービン省へ向かう途中で一泊。メコンデルタの渡し舟駅前でにぎやか。夜は徒歩2分で広場に屋台あり。このホテル「２」は別館で小フロントと部屋のみ。外壁なしの廊下は狭く、上階はちょっと怖い。朝食は本館まで約100m。本館はホテルの機能が整っていそう。

評価が割と高かったので予約したが、値段の割に汚かった。二泊三日したが、1日一回ゴキブリが出た。夜はネズミが廊下を走っていた。二階（日本でいう三階）だったからだろうか？もうすこし高い階ならば快適かもしれない。電気も6個中3個が切れていた。まぁ朝と夜しかいないので、そこはあまり気にならなかった。 ティエンジャンバスターミナルからは1万ドンで行けるが、手違いで3万ドンでバイクタクシーで行った。 フロントの青年が好印象。かれが一番英語を話せる。「メルシー」と言っていたのでもしかしたらフランス語も出来るのか？ 他のフロント係は英語はほとんどできない。 朝食はフロントでクーポンをもらい、道を一本挟んだすぐ近くのレストランで食べる（無料）。フォーがボリュームもありおすすめ。パンはそこまででもなかった。 レストランは綺麗。 ミトーの夜は早いので、うるさいということはない。

Great place, lousy breakfest
Vert interesting area, in The minst of The town. Don't buy the first seler of Mekong bort gripes. One of them were pretty shameless. Breakfeast is next to nothing in the nearby restaurant. The streetfodd around The Hotel is Munch better. A fried egg is not enough for me.

Về phần lưu trú tại KS thì bình thường, không có vấn đề gì, đánh giá trung bình khá. Còn về dịch vụ của trang web thì tôi hoàn toàn không hài lòng, tôi là khách hàng thường xuyên đặt KS tai trang web, tuy nhiên tôi sẽ cân nhắc rất kỹ khi đặt cho lần sau.

Hotel un peu ancien mais acceptable
Organisation un peu anarchique. Le desk a eu du mal à retrouver notre réservation, ensuite la chambre allouée ne correspondait pas à la réservation, mais tout a fini par rentrer dans l'ordre. A noter : Un petit restaurant "assis par terre" donnant directement dans l'hotel pour diner vite fait.

Très bon rapport qualité prix
C'est un très bon rapport qualité prix. Les chambres sont bien, pas bruyantes, l'hôtel est bien situé dans le centre. Le petit déjeuner pourrait un peu plus copieux mais vu le prix demandé, on ne peut pas trop se plaindre.
