Most Greek islands tend to have no sidewalks and bad road conditions and because of that until 2017 we offered complimentary transfers to the town. After some changes in the Greek law we were obliged to have a transfer company in the hotel and because of that we now offer the private transfers.In addition to that we also have a car rental company in our hotel in order to provide our guests with as many options as we can to ensure the best experience around the islandTo conclude with, the safety and the well being of our guests is our top priority and we greatly appreciate your time for sharing your insights!We hope to see you again in the future.

Dear Mrs. Renee, We are sorry for your disappointment of your stay. You have stayed only some hours with us. We would like to mention that we are only 2 kilometres from town of Mykonos and across the island, there are many hotels, located even 10 kilometres far. Our spot makes our hotel calm and during the last years, many clients have described it as paradise. During Check-In procedure, we tried to show you the map of Mykonos with all details about the shopping centers, restaurants and all the places you can visit near and far of our hotel. At that moment, your main interest was the external guest that came with you. Your reservation was for 2 persons. You and your friend were more than welcomed at our hotel. Since we are a 4-Star Hotel, the price of 80€ for an extra person is more than normal. However, we provided free transfer for your friend as well. We offered the choices he had if he wished to stay with us according to the hotel rules. In case there was something that concerns you regarding the area (which is countryside), you could have asked the staff to help you in any way possible. We hope to welcome you in the future and give us the opportunity to treat you with the unique Greek hospitality
