Good hotel, nice, friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was nice, great selection. Pool area was ok not too many sun loungers considering the size of the area, there could be at least 8-10 more loungers available. Hotel is on the beach and close to a couple of restaurants, with a local shop on the door step where you can buy all the necessary things plus alcohol which you can drink on the shop’s veranda overlooking g the sea, the shop also sells hot food. The room was very dark, the shutter to the balcony was lockable but the glass door wasn’t, so we always had to close both at night. In general it was a nice stay.

Great hotel, friendly staff, brilliant breakfast!
Lovely hotel located in a beautiful setting right by beach - you can watch the sunset over the coastal mountains in front of you right from the balcony! The staff were excellent and very helpful arranging our trip to Delos for us and sorting transfers to the port for our departure. The breakfast is also brilliant!

Dear Mr. Frank, Thank you for your comment, but we cannot see anything terrible at your superior double room , that is was given to you as a free upgrade from us , instead of a standard room with partial sea view. that you have booked. We really feel very sorry that you couldn't enjoy your stay with us and we do promise next time to accommodate you at a room you will booked , such us probably a standard room with partial sea view at the top of the hill, where located all these types of rooms. Also, we cannot see anything positive written at your whole stay such us staff, buffet breakfast, bar, pool....??? Hope next time you can give us the chance to proceed with your expectations.

Great Stay!
Great stay in Mykonos! Hotel was recently renovated so the rooms feel modern and clean. Pool area is great, breakfast was good too and the service was always friendly and accommodating. Location is ideal for the port or airport, and the local beach is right outside. Only markdown I have is the overall value for money. It was peak season so the rate was quite high and I don’t think it matched the product. The exterior of the buildings need some love too, but not enough to be a dealbreaker.

Nice Hotel in Mykonos
Stayed here for couples nights in September, great hotel and location just in from of the beach, beautiful view, closed to the centre, you can take a bus (1.80Eu) in from of the building this bus runs all day and every 30 min I believed, I would choose this place again if I ever go back to Mykonos., Also they have a nice buffet breakfast to would help you star your day, You won’t be disappointed, also they have a free shuttle to the airport or port, nice touch

loved this hotel
We loved this hotel. The staff was lovely and really treated us with special attention. The breakfast spread is so extensive that we immediately realized the value and savings with it. The location. Is awesome as there is a car rental place next door, and a bus line that runs on the same street of the hotel which takes you to Mykonos town right in the heart of the action.

Very welcoming staff that help you whenever possible. Allow you to text the hotel if you need anything which is super convenient such as choosing what breakfast you want delivered to your room. Would definitely stay here again, although next time would opt to get the room with the sea view over the garden, although the garden room is still very nice.

If you stay here make sure not to leave anything out. I bought 2 bracelets as gifts for my mom, and left them on a clean counter with about 5 receipts I was keeping. We came back to the room and the receipts and bracelets were gone. I believe the cleaners threw them out . Seems like they will throw anything out that is out. The bracelets were wrapped in cute Greece paper but they were small so I think that was the problem. Regardless I don’t think they should throw out what is clearly receipts and 2 gifts. The hotel did nothing for us. Asked me to- get this GO threw the old garbage that they keep for 2 days! Remember that on the islands you can’t flush toilet paper so used toilet paper is in the garbage. Like COME ON! We spend 300$ a night and they expected me to go threw old garbage. Pretty classless in my opinion. Nice hotel but buses only come every hour so it’s annoying to get to town although the ride is short it’s too far to walk.

Our housekeepers are trained professionals and extremely carefull and sdiscreet in handling guest's possesions. To eliminate the possibility of a housekeeper's mistake, we executed a thorough search through the bag from your room's waste bin - and not the toilets trash - but we found nothing. Its our housekeeping policy to keep the collected bags from the rooms for 1 day in order to adress such issues. The local buses and the time schedule is not the hotel's responsibility and in Mykonos there are plenty alternative choises of trasportation such as taxi, private transfers and motorbike or car rental. Beautiful island !
The hotel is located in Agios Stefanos about 20 minute bus ride to town of Mykonos. The bus stop is right outside the hotel and runs every hour before 5pm and then every 30minutes. Conveniently located near a quiet and beautiful sandy beach, a great mini market open late and a couple of great options to have lunch or dinner. There are plenty of beach umbrellas rental fee is between $10-15 euros or for free simply place a towel on the sand and enjoy a swim or sunbathe. Amazing food at Taverna Petran- local cuisine and friendly service. Room with sea view is perfect. Nicely decorated and modern. Rooms get pretty warm during the evening so keep the air on if you like it cool. Outdoor pool is quiet and enjoyable. Breakfast was good - but the view is better a - Beautiful view of the sea, cruise ships and sailboats! Overall a memorable stay!

Worst Hotel Ever
First, the beds were harder than a rock, which left my back in agony every night for five nights. I had shooting pains up my back the entire duration of this trip. Second, the cleaning service did not leave us body wash, after turning over our room, and only left us with body cream and shampoo. I then had to walk down several flights of stairs everyday to request body wash from the front desk. Third, all three receptionists that I encountered were extremely unpleasant to interact with. In fact, I dreaded walking into the reception area. On my first day of checking in, I mentioned it was our anniversary and asked if the hotel could do something special to celebrate this special occasion. Alkistis never did anything special, which was a sheer disappointment. Furthermore, Anni who is the woman receptionist, and the two other male receptionists, almost made us miss our ferry to Naxos. On multiple occasions, I confirmed our departure and arranged for a complimentary shuttle service to depart and bring us to the Old Port. On numerous occasions, I was told everything was all set and that the driver would arrange for us to leave at 8:45am for our ferry service at 9:30am. 30 minutes prior to our ferry departing Old Port, the receptionists were confused about our shuttle service that they themselves arranged and confirmed. Because of this horrible fiasco, we almost missed our ferry service. Terrible communication and service on behalf of all three receptionists. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Beautiful resort with quiet or empty pool most days. Right by the beach, amazing views and really peaceful. Very helpful staff and the night transfer driver was very friendly. Perfect distance to the port and Mykonos town.

Nice hotel, the shuttle service is great, the breakfast is nice with a great view of the sea. The room was basic but comfortable, no special touches or drinks making facilities in the room but room was cleaned every day which was nice. A big issue for us was that we had paid for a room with a sea view. Once we had been shown to our room we opened the balcony to find that whilst our room did face in the direction of the sea, there were a huge amount of trees/shrubs which completely blocked any "sea view". We went back down to reception and they did manage to find us another room with a sea view but only after we made a big fuss about it. I would recommend checking in advance with the hotel to ensure you have a room with a sea view. We also booked this hotel as it had a swimming pool, not realising how close we were to the sea. If this is a factor for you when booking this hotel, don't bother! The pool is at the back of the hotel and fairly shaded, we didn't use it once nor did we see it being used by anyone else the whole time we were there and the sea is a 2 minute walk from the hotel!

Everyone who works at the hotel is amazing!!!!! It was a little further from town but it worked out perfectly since there is a complimentary shuttle to town. Easy to get around. Close by to a few restaurants and mini market.

Hotel customer service was terrible. We waited a long time at the restaurant and were not served while the other table had 2 servers attending to them. We walked out of the restaurant. The front counter staff also do not provide taxi booking services or any alternative hotel shuttle to the departure ports. We had to stand on the streets lugging our own baggage down the fleet of stairs to wait desperately in the hope that a cab will pass so we do not miss our ferry. Location was also far from Mykonos Town and the free shuttle provided is not guaranteed. Room was basic with a very outdated boxy TV and a non-working remote control. Breakfast option was very limited as compared to other Mykonos hotels I have stayed at. Overall, a very disappointing stay and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Magical Beach Hotel
I recently stayed there for 5 days, 4 nights. The location is perfect! It is not far from the center, but far enough from the night life. I walked a few times from the center and back, it took me about 10 minutes. The hotel offers free rides to the center from the hotel and back whenever you'd like. The hotel location is at the end of the main road very secluded and the beach is literally steps away. Words are not enough to describe how beautiful the location is and how chic the hotel is. I went to the beach everyday and went into town every evening. The rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful and wonderful. I have to point out the hotel driver, Geraquiz, was a charming and helpful person. He assisted me with everything I needed help with from what I needed to do when I ran out of gas to giving me tips about the nightlife and where to eat. A great person with a wonderful heart. I very much appreciated him and I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Awful rooms with amazing views!
This hotel is in a great location right overlooking the sea with small balconies and absolutely gorgeous views! But if you stay here, do make sure they put you in a room with an unobstructed view. The first room they put me in looked at the back of another building, which thankfully the reception desk changed for me. Negatives: The rooms are old, with very hard uncomfortable beds. (Europeans seem to like to sleep on slabs of rock.) The furniture is Ikea quality at best. The TV is a miniscule 1970s era thing with a remote that didn't work. The restaurant menu is pretty limited and horrible - though the local wine is inexpensive and superb! Positives: The bathroom has been remodeled and is very clean and comfortable. The room does have a refrigerator, and the internet works well (for Greece). There is a free shuttle anytime day or night into town, with very friendly, helpful drivers. The women at the reception desk are extremely nice and helpful, as well. You can walk right down to the beach jump into that crystal clear water. And the view, the view, the view... That makes it all worthwhile.
