POOL ACCESS: Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, Billy Jack’s enjoys an easy walk past 6 houses to the Rookery community pool, offering poolside furnishings, lakefront sundeck, and restroom facilities. No pool heating and open seasonally, subject to HOA management.

BEACH ACCESS: Billy Jack’s guests can walk diagonally across Retreat Beach Circle directly to the oceanfront common area sundecks for beach access. Amenities in this area include deck seating, rinsing showers, and restroom facilities.

ACCESSIBLE AMENITIES: Boardwalk access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, lighted outdoor tennis & pickleball courts, scenic paths to walk, run and cycle, freshwater fishing lake, and tidal saltmarsh creek vistas. Gated resort is convenient to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, golf courses, and more.
