Warm and Inviting

This was our second stay at Anderson Ocean Club and Spa in less than a month. We had perfect experiences on both occasions. From the moment we arrived, everyone was friendly and helpful and they seem to genuinely care about their guests. On this second trip, we initially booked for one night but decided to stay another day. We already knew that we would have to change rooms since it was a different room type, so we called the front desk to see if we could arrange an early check-in for the new room. We planned to just go to the mall, movies, etc. to kill time until it was ready. Instead, they graciously informed us that we could remain in our current room until the next room was available. This was awesome and allowed us to stay in bed and get some much needed rest. The bed was so comfy!!! We plan to go back in few weeks for Christmas.

Clean and updated rooms with extra touches

The room was clean and came with laundry detergent, dish soap, dish washer soap and other little items you don't get at other resorts, just extra touches you dont have to worry about

Nice hotel. A great ocean view.

Pros: Everybody was is a great mode and very helpful
Cons: Refrigerator was very noisy. The said they had maintenance fix it, but they did not.
Location: It was just about a mile from the pier. Streets and highways are easy to drive.
I didn’t like the slanted balcony. The staff was excellent. The view was great. Easy access. The room had a lot of accessories to it. Always great to have a washer/dryer.

Great Getaway.

Our stay at the Anderson Ocean Club in Myrtle Beach was great. The entire atmosphere was awesome for this time of year. The entire staff from the employees at the front desk to the outstanding housekeepers were awesome. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel close to the beach

I stayed 2 nights. This hotel is clean and staff friendly. It's close to Broadway and walking distance to almost everything.

Would stay again.

The hotel was in an excellent location. My room was a bit dated and seemed a little rough around the ashes. My bathtub had rot around it that looked like it might be turning to mold. We actually moved rooms at the end of our stay as we decided to stay one more door and were moved to a king studio suite and the condition of that room was much better overall. I believe renovations were beginning right after we left which will bring greater value to the hotel! Overall, very pleased.
