The hotel room itself was very nice. The hotel staff was uninformed and had a bad attitude. We rented a room and not a condo, We were told at check in we owed $188.00 additional dollars as we had already paid the advertised fees. On the second day we asked when our room was going to be cleaned and fresh towels supplied. We were then told rooms would not be cleaned until after we checked out. We were also told that housekeeping would bring more towels and toilet paper, but they never showed up. We bought our own toilet paper and I got towels from maids in other buildings. The $188.00 at the desk was for service fees and a $100.00 security deposit. This was the first time I have ever paid a security deposit at a hotel and I am still wondering what extra services I paid for. We were there 4 days and our room was never cleaned.

Thank you for your response. How ever we do not provide daily housekeeping for any of our units. We are a Vacation Rental Company that rents people's second home. We are not set up as a hotel that provides the daily services you are speaking of and this information is available on all sites in the policies section.
