Liked the location and amenities. The bar tender was very nice. Need more house keeping work done. Never saw any pool towels only where to put them. Never told us about the house keeping but didn’t get stocked or service in 4 nights. I wish security would monitor more. Had hard time sleeping. People outside in pool area and a couple arguing on their balcony from 2:00 am past 3:00 am. Vomit did sit on carpet near elevator for couple of days. Could be much better if they would address some issues

The rooms are really dirty. The mattress was so uncomfortable you could feel the springs. The pullout had bugs in it. I will never stay here again!

It was very nice the outdoor pools were way better then the indoor pool. The indoor pool was or looked dirty. The staff is very nice. I wished they sell breakfast but other then that i would stay again

The place wasn’t bad it just needs some upgrades. The bathroom tubs are very old. And they need to make guest walk away from Jr property to smoke because the room’s smell like cigarettes and in the hallways. They need more staff in the bar & grill it was 1 person doing everything. She was the cook cashier and the barmaid.

The angle view was not really a view at all, I could not see the beach, only the parking lot. The room was spacious though. Also I did love the outside part of the resort. Lots of pools and activities for everyone in the family. The bar at the resort was also nice.

Enjoyed the property and the staff were polite and helpful.the room could have been cleaned a lot better had to clean the fan it was nasty and the bathroom needed more attention on the floor the whole room needed dusting. Overall had great time.

I was very disappointed that there were no parking available and I had to park in a public parking area. Also the room especially the bathroom needed updating. The hook was broke Ken on the door so we could not fully hook the door, however the lock was working.

My kids and I enjoyed the ocean view room; the hotel staff is very kind. The rooms are ok but I would Just say they need to replace the rugs and the cushions to the sofa. They looked a bit dirty and it’s time for them to get new one. Overall not a bad place to stay at

The Resort itself was nice, the Condo that we stayed in was very comfortable, the view that I had from the 18th floor was very Beautiful, and the Staff was professional and polite, the only problem that I had was certain type of people were privileged, meaning that they can smoke cigarettes wherever they wanted and also had pets all over the Resort, the Resort supposed to have been Pet and Smoke free, also the Parking Garages Mirrors was very small that you couldn't tell if another car was in approach, overall I would definitely stay again

Very good stay. Our room showed some wear on furnishings and refrigerator freezer rack was rusty/corroded. Sides showed rust spots as well. The counters were updated. Overall pleasant stay

The one restaurant on the property was poor at best. For a beach side resort, there were no seafood dishes on the menu except for one appetizer. the quality of the food they did serve was poor. the hamburger I ordered was partially frozen. Also, there was no breakfast served at all. I went to the next door resort to obtain quality meals. I observed several other guests from Beach Colony doing the same thing. Everything about my stay was exceptional quality, but the food amenities were completely unsatisfactory.

A Sweet Result for a Last Minute Request
This was a last minute choice and I am happy with the result. The resort was very convenient and accommodating. The facilities were clean and activities were plentiful. One of the bathrooms was not clean upon arrival and an iron was missing from the room, but the hotel staff quickly addressed the issues and all was well. I would definitely reserve here again. The parking deck is challenging but a slow ride will make it safe.
