Pros: Breakfast was OK, but attention to detail on the second morning was noticeably less, different hostess.
Water pressure in the shower is horrible. The lights above the bathroom sink are so dim, I could barely see to shave in the morning.

I came in to check and was greeted right. He was friendly and had all the info I needed for my stay and info about Myrtle Beach

Staff was not helpful on the clause deposit that was failed to be mentioned during booking. Recommend to everyone please read to policies for each hotel b4 booking..

I apologize on behalf of the hotel for any inconvenience this may have caused. The website does state that some hotels may have additional charges and or fees upon check-in. Our own website states clearly about the deposit. I am sorry the website you booked was not adequate in explaining that. Thank you again and we hope to see you again soon!

Room havc very noise staff offered to move me to other end of hotel. Shower rod coming loose at wall allowing water on floor. Hallway not clean, trash on floor along with room not vaccumed

Pros: convenience to the shows we wanted to see.
Location: good
we thought it was closer to the beach, but that was alright. We thought we saw the ad as an ocean view.

They Treat You Like A Dog

The pillows are lumpy, the place smells like wet dog (dogs roam the place--allergy sufferers beware), the place is right on the road so you hear cars all night, housekeeping never came by once in my three-day stay, and I was prepared to forgive all of that and not share my experience...BUT...On the last night of my stay, the smoke detector battery in my room went low and began intermittently chirping from 3:00 AM - 4:30 AM. I called the front desk to notify them, and even spoke to the manager the next morning. She told me I made up the story. She then proceeded to tell me that because I booked through Hotels.com, that she could not give me a credit even if she wanted to--and she then said she wouldn't credit me even if she could because she said I made it all up. Absolutely unbelievable. So, if you want to be treated like an animal, stay here. If you want to be treated kindly and at a hotel that is decent and in orderly, go somewhere else.
