room not clean

Room still had dirty towels and trash left from a previous person. DVD player did not work. Needed to be dusted but overall stay was good.

My favorite part of the room would be my balcony facing straight to the ocean. Hearing the breeze and being able to just relax and enjoy.

Close to the beach

Very nice room, comfortable bed. Staff was accommodating and helpful with questions. Awesome breakfast, nice selection of food items. Close to boardwalk and restaurants within walking distance. Overall a great experience, will definetly go back.

great view

The guy that takes the bag though picks who he wants to be nice to, I asked my son to get a cart sitting along side the entrance and the guy said "I have to go with you if you want to use it" so I said that's okay. The next morning a couple of ladies was looking for a cart, so he went inside the lobby grabbed the cart and handed it to the ladies and send them on their way and wish them to have a good day. I'm a little confused about the policy of letting hotel guest use the bag cart?

Nice hotel on beach, clean room

Pros: On beach, good quiet location
Cons: Internet service was terrible.
Location: Not close to much, a little walk but quiet
Very nice updated hotel, great staff Michael was very helpful. Beautiful ocean view from our balcony. Overall I'd give it a 8 out of 10. Would recommend to friends. Very happy

Not what we were expecting

Pros: location, views, parking.
Cons: CLEANING - more attention to detail would make your guests feel more comfortable and positive toward the experience, and likely to recommend and retur
Location: Awesome location, close to everything
Pros: Check in was good, Valet person was excellent, Very attentive and imformative. Location was excellent. View from oceanfront balcony was awsome. Continental breakfast was good. Parking was good. Cons: upon entering room first time, noticed a funky smell was coming from AC. Went to front desk and maintenance guy came right away. Said to turn down temp and would go away. Turned temp to 65 and odor decreased. However had to be like and ice box for odor to go away. Not very comfortable. Fridge: When opening fridge door, there were flower petals from previous guests under fridge door that housekeeping missed. Bed area: 3 days into our stay, as I was laying on my side and waking, up I looked at the side of my night stand and noted green mold up the side of the night stand. So I checked my husbands night stand on his side of the bed and same thing there - so I got out the disinfecting wipes from my purse and cleaned the side and backs of the night stands - mold in all of the places (the tops of the night stands were clean). As I inspected further I noticed that the same mold was in all of the creases in the headboard of the bed as well. Must be the housekeeping surface cleans and it appears corners and under and around furniture doesn't get cleaned or checked. We had to request clean linens and fresh bedding - which they did when asked. We feel more attention to detail with cleaning would have made us rate this place much higher.
