Had a great stay with the family. Some issues we had were that we checked in at 1:30 and our room wasn’t ready. They did give us a courtesy call at 4 when it was ready. When we go to our room the cleaner was still in there until 6:00. Our room was ok and fit our need. Carpets were dirty not with crumbs but you had to wear flip flops inside bc your feet would become black with dirt. While in the pool we had to notify security about the baseball team that stayed above the pool because they were throwing stuff off their balcony. Breakfast buffet was really good and had southern food options, restaurant was affordable and had a good atmosphere. Front desk staff were very charming and knowledgeable. Tiki bar was under staffed and had a line around the shuffle board court. Plenty of parking on site but spots were tight. Easter bunny was great by the pool side, DJ had a nice vibe by the pool. Overall had a good experience at Compass Cove but I don’t know if I would return.

The staff was great, friendl, and patient. Especially, front staff. The truely deserve a raise for all they have to deal with. The room on the otherhand was a little disappointing. Wasnt as clean as it shouldve been. However, the view and pools did not disappoint

When I first went in the lady was a little rude about how to get the reservation i have an autistic grandchild and i had 2 of my grandbabies with me and they were ready to get settled in we had a funeral to get to when i was finally able to check-in the gentle man who checked me in was very nice and curtious the lady once again was a little rude my autiatic grandbaby touch a sign while i was checking in and it was just a little rude to me ... i have used your facility in the past and they have accommodations where always trying to help this time it felt like a bother

The room was not what I booked. I booked an ocean front with 2 beds I got partial ocean view with one bed. There was loud music and doors slamming and young people yelling and partying til the middle of the night. The rooms are old and tired. Would not recommend!

Have stayed here 3 times before - lots of renovating going on during the day - around us and above us; could hear grinding etc - we were usually out enjoying the weather and the pools/ beach etc - but it was annoying - I get that people own some of the rooms etc - just would have been nice not to be near the noise

Very run down. House keeping was supposed to take trash and towels daily but did not for the first three days we were there. Shower took forever to drain to the point where you had to stand in two inches of water to be able to shower. Beds were very comfortable though.
