The motel had a smell in the rooms smelled very musty and the bathroom looked like a dog tried to get loose. The staff very friendly and respectful.

There was no light bulbs in none of the lights, someone else's trash was left under the bed had a hard time getting into the actual hotel room everything seems outdated, and all the appliances were all unplugged. With such a bad stay I cut my stay in half and didn't stay the full two days now I'm waiting to get refunded for my second day

The bathtub was awful but the water was nice and hot. The ceiling was dirty. The room was brightly lit even with the drape closed but you want the lights as the guests were a bit dodgy. It was very noisy as well. The king size room barely had enough room on the side next to the bathroom to be able to get in and out. The bed was ok and the pillows were fine. On top, I paid expedia more money than the receipt I got for the room.

Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the "grab and go" breakfast...was a nice addition for an economy motel. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Would stay again!

The front desk person was nice and helpful. There is no breakfast,even though they pretend there is one. The room is nice but out dated. One trash can, no desk, no towel rail.

The room was clean but needs updating. The staff was super super nice and accommodating. We had loud neighbors staying there. It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast but for the price our stay was excellent.

I’m not sure where the pics on the website came from, but the rooms look nothing like that. They are in bad shape, smelly (air fresheners on the AC unit smell like a dirty cab/urinal cake combo) and broken down. I didn’t want to even get in the tub, and the entire area outside reeked of weed. The deadbolt wouldn’t lock for ages, then I was trapped inside because it wouldn’t open! It was a disappointment, and I didn’t really feel safe there.

There were arguments going on in the parking lot and one of the cars parked outside our room had bullet holes on the hood of the trunk along with the front passenger window having a bullet hole in it. Do not bring your family here!

My family and I were forced to stay here because everywhere else was already booked. That was our first mistake and our second was staying here. The rooms were absolutely disgusting to put it lightly. ESPECIALLY for the price. Not to mention, we stayed maybe 8 hours to just get some sleep then get the heck out of there. And when we came out in the morning, someone had kindly opened up our roof bag with all our belongings in it to try to steal but were unable to get it all the way open past just our pillows and pack and play for the baby. Really just the cherry on top. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car and save the $250 bucks with one working outlet and absolutely disgusting conditions.

Not the worst place, but not the best
It wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed, but also not the best. The 1st night wasn't bad. Althouth, the room having a hint of mold smell in it should have indicated what was to come. Our 2nd night the AC quit working. The humidity got so high in the room the floor was wet, even with the AC unit blowing cool air. Had we not prepaid, we would not have stayed the 2nd night.

Out door did not close all the way. We stayed because the deadbolt did work…though the twisting door lock did not. The entire time we were there there was a half inch opening around the door.

Came in late after driving 9 hours…had to call the front desk 6 times, a wait outside the front door for 35 min before the attendant came to check us in……shower head leaked badly luckily I had tools an tightened it up myself. Floor was filthy sn the vanity light bulb was burnt out. Would recommend staying elsewhere in Conway.
