Perfect Place

My boyfriend and I came stayed here over spring break and it was an amazing experience. The price was pretty great for being so close to the beach and we even got an ocean view without paying for it. I would definitely recommend Grande Shores to anyone looking for a Hotel in Myrtle Beach.

Disappointing

Despite a most pleasing staff, the hotel is loud, basic and not even close to the 3.9 rating that is suggested on line. It’s wall as so thin we could hear water running in the neighbouring pipes constantly, conversations through the walls, and cars coming and going in the parking garage. The state of the rooms were basic, (old ratty bed spreads) and my mom had several mysterious insect bites. Not. Recommended.

Under train staff

The staff seemed very rushed under train and confused it took 3 times to get my room key program and then they ended up giving my room to someone else and the people walk in on us as I was undressed I will say this the manager did apologize and try to make things right

Great getaway

The staff were amazing, we stayed in a 2 bedroom condo and although it could use some updating the cleaning staff did a wonderful job taking care of us during our stay. I loved that the parking was right out side our room. We did have to wait to check in but Brien ( hotel staff) did his best to expedite the process. We will stay here again. It was far enough off the beaten path to where it was quiet and comfortable. I love the ability to text the front desk and them checking to see if we needed anything via text)

The place to be!

I just can’t say enough good things about the grande shores condominium. From check in to check out I had a marvelous time the condominium was very good. The condo was clean and it was comfortable I truly enjoyed myself and so did my family we had a great time. This will be my choice when ever i’m in Myrtle Beach. Thank you so much .

Our room had mold and it was awful!

After finding mold it took staff sending us to 3 rooms before we found something. I would not recommend.

As we stated in the apology email that was sent after the inspection was completed, this was determined to not be mold. We are delighted that we were able to get you into a unit that was more than satisfactory for you and that you accepted the credit for the inconveniences you encountered. Great location.

We have stayed here before and love the location. The rooms are nice and much better than the standard hotel room, however, they are getting a little long in the tooth. The matttess was too soft and had a small lump down the middle. A sign that it was time for a new one. But still, this is a nice place and we love the location.

A great off season value.

A nice place to stay and a great value for the of season. The rooms are somewhat dated and could use a remodel. The location is perfect to get to wherever you want to go.

Bed bugs!! Do not stay. They did nothing about it!

While we work our hardest to prevent these pests from being an issue we can not prevent them from being brought in. We also have preventative measures in place to help us with this. In the event we do have an occurrence, we call in a professional elimination team to treat the room as well as our staff treating guest items.
