Very bad customer service

Very short office hours, hard to check in and out, only open from 9:00am-6:00pm. I called and told them I would be arriving about 7:00pm, they were to leave the keys in box, no keys, had to call and wait 40 min. Checked in next morning, made to sign a blank credit card recipt, even though room was paid for 2 months prior. On check out the office was closed (9:30am) and all were in a maintenance meeting that they said they could not leave to take care of me even though I explained I had a plane to catch, and my 80 year old mother with me. I didn't want to leave and leave my signed blank credit card reciept there. I had to call Visa and stopped payment on any charges that may have been put on my bill. I was told never to sign a blank reciept by my credit card co., which I all ready knew and was against my best judgement but they would not let me check in unless I did. Very bad policy, and customer service!!!!
