We really liked the property...our room was very clean. We had studio which gave us the capability to have some meals in our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our needs. Loved being able to walk right out on the beach from our resort.

There’s two buildings to this hotel and one of them doesn’t have an elevator just stairs. If you want to be in the main building you would have to pay an additional cost… The room doesn’t look like the picture it was definitely was more dated and it looked dark. It was clean so they get credit for that. We had a side ocean view room which faced the street so interesting to watch all the people walk by as we sat on the balcony. It was noisy at night as we were trying to sleep because you could hear everything that was going on outside. Location was right in the middle of everything so we walked to the festivities and it wasn’t far. The beach was right behind the hotel so that was very nice.

Right on the boardwalk, no need to rent a car, lots of shopping in walking distance. Front desk staff extremely friendly, very accommodating in getting us a room for early check in and holding baggage for us while we waiting. We will definitely return to this resort. It’s right in the middle of everything!

You can't beat the location but the hotel itself could use some renovation love. The beds were uncomfortable. I thought spring mattresses were long gone. The pillows weren't much better. The bathroom was teeny tiny and had a drop ceiling in the shower. The indoor pool water was quite cloudy. But again, you can't beat the location!

The check in time is 4:00; however, our room was not available until 4:30. They said even though check in is at 4:00, that doesn't mean your room is ready at 4:00. I have never had that happen during any of hundreds of stays in a hotel. When we finally did get in our room there was an overpowering smell of cleaning products that lingered hours after we were in there. So strong to the point that we had to leave the room. Also, the rooms are very outdated; the pictures on the website make it appear as if they are newer. The area around the hotel is very loud and dirty. Lots of trashy beachy shops, arcades, smoke shops, etc.

First off the receptionist was not welcoming, even though there was signs everywhere about smoking people were smoking everywhere in the hallways, narcotics and cigarettes. Our room had a really really strong smell of smoke, including our bedsheets. The water pressure rated from one to 10 I would give it a one. No pressure at all. We paid $69 Canadian I guess you pay for what you get. However, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you’re travelling with kids, small children. My family also felt unsafe so we left bright and early.

Resort fee too high for amenities. Smaller building only had stairs to 3rd floor, no elevator. Housekeeping only came 3/5 days to get garbage and towels.
