Close to restaurants

Hotel staff friendly upon arrival room had mold in it, however did move us to new room and that one was better than first but bathroom still not very clean looking.

Great location and price

Pros: The omelet was an awesome idea.
Cons: Bring back the waffle.
Location: Broadway at the Beach is in walking distance.....
Had a GREAT stay... Hotel was clean and the staff greeted you with every walk through. Friendly and understanding staff.

A great stay.

We had a great time. We stayed for three nights. The hotel staff was very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing each morning. There was a wide variety of foods and plenty for everyone. The pool was nice as well. The hotel is close enough to Broadway at the beach to walk there but not so close as to get stuck in all of the hustle and bustle.

Not as nice as expected

I really liked the area of the hotel but the room was not as nice as I would've liked it to be and the tub in our room grossed me out for a non smoking hotel it reeked of smoke when we got to our floor.

Stay or not to stay!

Pros: Great attitude of staff and that it was not directly on the beach strip as we were not there for the beach or the beach life style.
Cons: Time to update the bath, and monitor the furnishings from room to room. replace when needed.
Location: Lots to do for anyones taste within min. or two, resturants, shopping and entertainment.
The staff could not have been more nice, super helpful, and super friendly. The room itself was a bit run down compared to the pictures, it has been lived in! I have no gauge as to compare it with other hotels in area but was happy to be near the beach without being on the strip at the beach.

Help shortage

I arrived at 5:30 and was told the room wasn't ready yet. Went to dinner and. The room still wasn't ready. Waited 10 more minutes then they switched me to another room, but forgot to change the keys. Had to come back down for that. This was after driving 10 hours.

Cleaning Carts

The room was good. The problem was the hallways leading to the room. They were littered with cleaning crew carts constantly sometimes completely blocking the hallway and the staircases. It seemed like they must have had 100 carts. I stayed on the 3rd floor and took the stairs often. I looked to see if all floors had the cart problem and they did. The breakfast area was too small and did not have enough seating to accommodate all of the guests.
