Pros: nothing
The sheets were dirty upon arrival. Every dish we pulled out of cabinet was dirty. There were no pots and pans and it was a kitchette. The carpet had alot of stains. Every sink and the tub wouldn't drain of it's water. The dust build-up on the pipes in the bathroom were sickening. This was the nastiest hotel i have ever stayed at in my life. I see the picture shows chairs out by the beach; the owner wouldn't let us take chairs out to the beach; what resort does that??, not one that i have ever been to. The staff tried to help in any way that they could and they were quick responding. I think it's the ownership that's to cheap to make repairs and updates. The 2 women who appeared to own/run the place were not nice. The beach in front of the resort was so full of cigarette butts that we wouldn't lay there. This was the worst hotel experience i have ever had.

We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with your accommodations. We work very hard to provide clean rooms and repairs as needed. Without your room number I am unable to address your noted deficiencies. The HOA does not allow pool chairs to be moved to the beach. It is unfortunate that smokers are allowed to throw their cigarettes on our beautiful beaches.

No thank you, never again!

The front desk folks were nice and helpful when we needed clean towels; there is no staff on site overnight. The room was very old and out dated, with loose door handles, the frame to the bathroom access was haphazardly put on, resigter covers were not screwed in. Bed was uncomfortable and sheets for the pull out couch were clean but stained. Weekend portion of our stay was Party central two doors down until 4am! Even though we were told it was no smoking on the grounds and paid a deposit to ensure we did not smoke, we say folks at the pool and on the balconies smoking. I would not recommend any to stay here.

I am sorry that your stay was not satisfactory. The guests of rooms on our rental program are considered non smoking; unfortunately Jonathan Harbour owners do not operate under the same rules. Our Front Desk closes at 11pm each night. We do offer Security Wed-Sun, and they are available for our guests and any issues that may occur. We hope you will include Myrtle Beach in your future travel plans.

I enjoy every thing about my stay

I had great time the kids enjoy the time pool and the beach everything near hotel didn't have go far to a store room was very clean and have a lot space it wasn't loud at night no problem sleep at night it just a nice place stay with family

Cons: the elevator waiting area could be improved
Location: great your wright in the middle of everything
the room was great the staff was knowledgeable and courteous...

Beautiful Ocean View

Pros: Location
Location: Easy access to restaurants and beach.
We didn't realize our room was actually a privately owned unit - bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room - on the 2nd floor, overlooking the beach. A pleasant surprise! A bit outdated, but would definitely stay there again! Nice staff and easy access to beach; close to local establishments.

The room has a separate bedroom and doubles as the entrance/exit. The living room sofa sleeper was for the teen girls. Privacy for them and us was great.

Needs a lot of upgrades

The hotel was very close to the beach but the hotel needs a lot of upgrades. The carpet needs refined, the ceiling needs cleaned, the pull-out bed are very old and they need new ones. When I asked for a sheet they didn't have any. Some of the towels looked dingy but I used them to cleaned the kitchen area. Parking should not be across the boon dock but should be close to the hotel. But you get for what you paid for.

I'm sorry you were told we did not have sheets available; we do keep a surplus inventory of these items. I will speak with our staff regarding this issue. Close to the beach

Rooms need updated,shower drain didn't work, rooms are big but needs cleaned up and updated and pool area isn't to bad needs some updating there also just dirty around hot tubs and water in hot tub was greenish something wasn't right. Great location and beach front I don't think I would return there until it would be cleaned up more and updated

Great price, location and pool - loud guests

My only complaint is the guests were loud waking us up between 3-4 AM everyday. great service, great location on beach and the pool is cool. It's an older hotel but for price it was great!
