Poor service. Rude staff. Very narrow parking. Nice and bright living room with good view of the beach (beach front rooms).

Great hotel

I’ve stayed in this hotel several times and have always had a great experience. This time (last week of Feb/18) the elevators malfunctioned and weren’t fixed the entire day Sunday and Monday (the day I left). They worked, but not well and it would take 20+ minutes to get to your floor. Frustrating, but not that big a deal. Otherwise, my experience was excellent. Good hot breakfast, great room, great pools and hot tubs.

Old and Dirty

Pros: Nothing
Cons: They need a whole new UPGRADE!
Location: CLOSE TO THE BEACH
Don't let the website fool you. Hotel is old and dirty. Rooms smell, dusty and dirty. Hard to get around in the garage. You have to take your time. The feel itself is like a motel 6. Don't waste your time !

Gross hotel, beautiful ocean view

The room was unclean and outright gross. Grimy in the corners of the floors, there was something that looked like vomit (or worse) that had splashed on the curtains next to the bed, the walls had stains on them. The parking lot was a real pain to get up and around in. On the plus side, the staff I interacted with were nice and the bed itself was not uncomfortable.

Room

Our room had a terrible couch and chair. The TV was small and had few channels that made loud noises when you hit channels not assessable. There was few to none kitchen items . I would not recommend that.

Gorgeous view

The elevators took forever. And the breakfast was cold. Other than that the room was pretty awesome and the oceanfront had a great view.

interesting layout, lots to do

Pros: The room was nice and clean, beds were a little firm and there's a lot pools indoors and out
Cons: the parking garage has very tight steep climb to the next level...also hot breakfast, which was good...is full serve instead of self serve
