Had a girls long weekend, really enjoyed it. Mo and Richie at the breakfast buffet were a delight. The pools were gorgeous and the spa was fantastic. All of the staff we encountered were helpful and very nice. Only complaint was that the internet was occasionally poor, and the TV remote was finicky. Other than that, all good. Very enjoyable time away and we'll do it again next year.

I love how you pull up to check in, and then use the valet service to park my vehicle. I call down and my vehicle is out front waiting for me. The room was immaculate and big. Love it

Our room (#521) had several huge stains across the entire ceiling. And the room walls are extremely paper thin. Called twice regarding loud banging and kids screaming next door and above our room, which was not resolved at all.

I would not stay there again. The food was awful and what was on their on line menu was not what they had to offer (and very expensive). The hot tub did not work, they were painting the hall way in our hotel and paint fumes smelled terrible for two days. NOT a good experience. Would not recommend it.

Liked Beautiful location on beach, largest pools and endless lounge chairs. Nice weather. Disliked Housekeeping leaves carts blocking hall so physically limited person can't get by.

Fantastic accommodation, clean and great ocean view. Though a certain staff/waitress at the dining area would rather chat away with the other table than greet us or ask how can she be of help. The waiter that we got finally, Logan was excellent otherwise. Would love to be back the soonest!

They didn’t have room services in adequate time . We went out all day and came back to a dirty room . We had to call downstairs for them to bring new towels .
