Great place to stay

We stayed for 2 night and had a fantastic time. The gals at the property management building where we checked in were awesome and had our room ready at 3:30, when we checked in. I was concerned about the whole experience because of the reviews, but I had no reason to fear. The condo we rented was SO CUTE! The only thing I can fault is the toilet ran all the time in the master bath so we had to leave the door closed. I would definitely stay again.

Stay Away..

Pros: Not a thing, this was a disgusting resort and looked like an abandoned dormitory.
Cons: Rebuild or tell the truth
Location: There's nothing close. We were told that it was walking distance to the board walk. It's about a 15 minute drive and not walking distance.
We had booked way back in February 2017 for a stay in August 2017. We paid extra for an ocean front. I called several times before leaving my home state and confirmed an ocean front room and not an ocean view. I was told each time absolutely I have an ocean front. Check in was at 4pm and when we arrived at the check in location we were told they'd call us because the room was being cleaned. We received a call at 4:50pm telling us to come get the key. Confirmed ocean front and told yes. Arrived at the resort to find the room was a parking lot view not ocean front. Also the room had food all over the floor, blood stains on the sheets, sand in the pull out sofa, a card stating bed bug treatment 2 days prior to our arrival. Called where we checked in to find they close at 5pm and got to talk to an answering service for emergency only. Left the resort and had to find another resort to stay at. So a stay actually cost us double because we had to book at a new resort. Now fighting for a refund. This resort is run down and nasty. What they say online and on the phone is a lie and joke. Don't put your family through what we went through.

Not Impressed

Pros: Walking distance to pools and beach.
Cons: Communication among housekeeping, update condo, require deadbolts on all condo, check in process easier, longer hours to check in
Location: About a 15 to 20 minute drive to main attractions. Only thing nearby was the resort pools and the beach.
We arrived two hours early, called to see if we could get in early. Stated that the room wasn't complete so I verified that we could get in by check in time at 4pm. They said yes. We arrived at 4:00 after driving around a little bit to check in and they stated that the room was not complete yet. Asked if we could drive around and do something. We had already been on the road 17+ hours but decided to drive to the complex and back. Arrived back at 4:45 as the check in desk closes at 5. Room still wasn't done but gave us our key anyway. Drove the 20 minutes to the room and housekeeping was just getting to the room and they didn't even have their key and asked us to use our key. We walked to the beach for a little bit and the room still isn't completed. 6pm we finally got into the room. Room did not have a dead bolt and door didn't close very well. On the fourth day of our vacation the key stopped working. Maintenance (who wasn't even supposed to help) couldn't get the key to work and used his credit card to get me into my room! Didn't feel safe after that. Kitchen was very outdated and one of the cupboards was about to fall off. Room was outdated and didn't have the proper size sheets for the pull out bed. Door to balcony didn't close properly and had to be forced close. I understand that this was a condo that is not owned by the resort but if you are going to put your name it, may want to require the condo owners to at least maintain and update their property.

Pick another resort

Pros: Close to where we wanted to be
Cons: Remodel the whole place
Location: Golf, shopping, eating,swimming in the ocean and family gathering
Room was old - outdated and very much showed sign that the owner only wanted your money. - Sliding glass doors would not open until "I" not maintenance fixed it so we could get on the deck for a breath of fresh air. Have our grandson, 2 years old who is on a respirator and in a wheelchair and wanted to give him an ocean view in his short life so we requested an ocean front room and got a small glimpse of the beach because he was 4 floors up. Not enough handicapped parking unless you parked at the far end of the resort and walked back to the ramp. Not Handicapped Friendly at all. Even the rooms had signs on the NO CARTS ALLOWED which with a respirator it is a long haul to bring to your room. Go somewhere else,

Outdated and many broken items

We will not be staying here again!! The tv in the living room was broken and it took 3 days to get replaced. There was an electrical short in the bathroom and it kept tripping the breaker. Their if fixing it was to put electrical tape over the switch for us not to use it. Some blinded were broken in the living room, broken lamps, broken toilet seat, electric plugs were loose. They only had one frying pan but had three pots. The overall condo was outdated and needed to be updated. Trying to get things resolved was difficult and took time away from my family vacation. If we could have left and gotten our money back to go somewhere else we would have. We couldn't wait to leave. The only good thing about the place was that it was located on the beach. We were overall dissatisfied with our stay. We stayed in building A condo 140. Maybe the other ones were ok but ours was horrible.

Overall our stay was great, the condo was cozy for the few days we were staying. We were glad they had washing & drying atleast in the building. When we got there it was a bit frustrating registration was 20 minutes away since we did through beach vacations. They didn't even let us enter the resort meanwhile we waited for room to be ready as the lady at beach vacation had told us therefore had a couple hours with nothing to do as we had to go back to get keys and drive another 20 min to resort. Beds were a bit umcomfortable but we had a nice time.

Old facilities and not comfortable.

Pros: Not much. The shower water was hot and the chest dressers appeared to be nice.
Cons: Patch the holes with similar material to the original ceiling. Replace the entry doors, door knobs, bedding, and couches. Honor room requests.
I was very disappointed in these facilities. The rooms needed updating and I did not get what I requested. I got 2 rooms with 1 double bed in each room and I requested 1 room with a queen bed and the 2nd room with twin beds. When I called to discuss it, they were closed. Check in is at 4 pm and they leave at 5 pm. This was not a problem but where you check in is miles from the resort so by the time you arrive and assess the room, they have left for the day. We had engagements the next day so I did not have time to drive back over there to complain. It was not worth what I paid. The entry door looked like it had been broken into. Part of the area surrounding the door knob had been chipped off or fell off - I don't know which. The couch and chairs looked like they needed cleaning or to be replaced. They appeared dingy and faded. Half of the light bulbs did not work so our lighting was limited. We were only there for 2 nights and this was a last minute booking but I will not stay there again and would not recommend it. They know that the facilities aren't good and the pictures are deceiving. When we checked out, they did not even bother to ask us about our stay. This is a resort in name only. I was in Myrtle beach for two consecutive weekends and I am glad that I did not book them for the 2nd weekend. You expect a lot more for what they are charging.
