The view from our room was excellent! They were doing construction but it did not interfere with anything. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach! Indoor pool was great and lots of things for families to do at the resort!

Our bed had cardboard under the mattress, no water pressure in the sinks. The bedroom tv didn’t work and you can hear neighbors above you real easy.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciated that you reported some of these issues to us so we could make things better for you. We are here to do all we can to improve our guest's experience. We did send staff up to the condo at your request. It seems the condo owner had placed a box between the mattress and the frame to prevent it from rubbing, but we did remove it. The TV has been taken care of as has the water pressure. WE do hope that you otherwise enjoyed your stay and will stay again in the future.

Each rental agency has a different way of checking in. For this reason, we do include the late arrival instructions in your confirmation and a pre-arrival letter for clarity and to avoid confusion when encountering staff that does not work for the various rental agencies. This place's rental agreement has such strict, harsh language that we almost cancelled. We got run around by parking staff (charged our card then told us the transaction failed). Was a hassle to straighten it out. Front office demands room key cards back again after your stay. We made the special trip to turn them in and three hours later they called saying the cards are missing. Charge for each key if they get lost. Condo itself was great. Everything else was either just okay (indoor pool) or terrible (the service). Recommend to look elsewhere for your stay.

When we first arrived and checked in there was no hot water. Maintenance came and checked and found the hot water heater was shot and we were moved to another unit Very nice accommodations after that.

On my first day and upon opening the door to enter, there was a horrible smell, a smell I cannot describe. I also noticed that my bed linens felt gritty. I also had 2 large roach bugs in my room. I notified the front desk the following morning due to arriving later in the evening. Maintenance was knocking on another door near me shortly after I had reported my complaints. I asked if he could step in and check the smell. He agreed that there was a horrible smell. He took my room spray and sprayed the vent stating that it is better. He also stated he would let the front desk know as well. After my second night there, I awoke in the morning with the room temp being 80 degrees. This of course was reported. The person who took my call stated that 4 other tenants in my area had the same complaint and that repairs would be made in order received which I felt was fair. I stayed away all day and when I returned the AC was working. My final morning there was no better. I had no hot water for my shower. I did not enjoy my stay here at all. The double doors that lead to the deck are very dangerous. The metal trim at the base of the doors is way too tall, probably at least 6” tall at the floor. One could very easily trip and fall onto the concrete or floor in condo. The TV set up was a challenge. Too many remotes and boxes. I am happy to report that the bed was comfortable but much too high for a shorter person like myself. I will not be returning. Management, you must do better

My room was really dirty. The process of complaining about this is not good. I have to determine if it’s clean within an hour, that’s a scam. You know people checking in are focused on other things in the first hour. Also the room had a lot of roaches.

The area was clean and neat but it could use some updates on the property and to some of the rooms needs maintenance help patio sliding door was almost impossible to open, water in the shower would not stay hot and who give instructions to operate a shower they did, and there was no iron in my room I asked at the office for one and it took one whole day before one was delivered but I had already purchased one for a person who irons all his cloths it was very important to me. Oh, and the policies for checking out was very unsatisfactory because who checks out before 10:00 am and if you check out late it is a 75.00 charge per hour. This stay gets a rating of a three in my book badly needs to be updated

I love it. I love the way it makes you feel at home. Staff super friendly needed some assistance and they helped with no problem or attitude like the other staff at other locations and restaurants. This was the only place I found that real southern hospitality. I love it's across from a Walmart neighborhood and 2min drive from a food lion. The pools are well kept and CLEAN!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE AND IS NOW MY SPOT TO COME TO EVERY YEAR, ITS TRULY A HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!!

Was a 3ft x 3ft hole in bathroom ceiling. Had to wait 1/2 an hour to get on elevator several times. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Sorry. Should complete work on unit before renting it out. Very pricey for such a crappy place.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The place has 22 floors and only 2 elevators. We would have to wait almost and hour everytime to get on it. The room was super small and very nasty. It was dirty, there was a really big hole in the bathroom ceiling, big spots on the ceiling of paint coming off, very dirty. You also have to take all bedding off and get rid of your trash. There to be working on the outside of the building. But the whole time we were there know one was working on the building. So we had an even longer walk out to the beach cause they had all these fences up you have to go around.

The property itself in the condo area was out dated. The entry way to the buildings were musty and poorly lite. There was trash scattered around especially in the two pond areas. The outdoor pool closes to the beach was closed a couple of days and had zero shaded areas.

We have stayed at Myrtle Beach Resort twice before and the places we stayed were great but this property was lacking. The master bed was terrible. The head board was not attached and the mattress made a awful sound when you moved around. The toilet was a great size for my six year old Grandson but for some one with arthritis in their knees not so much. This will not keep me from booking with Myrtle Beach Resorts again. It's very handy to a lot of attractions and conveniences.

Rude guest manager when picking up room key asked me if i could read? All because i walked to the door realized i didnt have my wallet so started back to my car. She comes flying out screaming at me they were open can I not read the sign. Property is under construction making everything unaccessable in a safe manner. There is goose poop everywhere outside and at night we had to dodge frogs that were all over the walkway to the parking lot and in the parking lot. The room itself was clean and as described. The hot tubs and pools lacked cleaning as well.

This was a very disappointing stay. This is an HOA property, which means is not just vacation travelers who stay there. Some tenants live there. We traveled with our toddler and baby and the tenants under us came up to our room and said we were being too loud. Even though it wasn’t even closed to quiet hours yet. We told them we will keep it down more and tried to be nice. They then came back up and started to threaten us. We eventually had to even call the police. The couple were very disrespectful. Management did tried to help us out but the security people they sent were no help at first. It wasn’t until we spoke with a manager that we expressed she would change our room. At that point we just wanted to leave and ended up having to book another hotel and ask for a refund. I guess if you have small children who are most likely going to play ask for a first floor.
