Roaches

Great time here. Resort needs some updating far as carpeting and furniture. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially a family

There must have been mold in the rooms as I and another golfer woke up with our throats all scratchy and mucous. stayed the next four nights at North Beach Plantation and had no issues whatsoever. Rooms are very tired, wood floor is delaminating, caulk around sink, toilet, shower coming up; looks like it was last decorated in the 70's. Mattresses mushy. I'm not sure if every room is the same but i cannot recommend the unit I stayed in

Covient but they could of cleaned better

Rooms have potential but are very outdated. The screener in porch was in bad condition and was dirty. The stairs had bees all over. For the price we paid I was expecting more. When we complained they were only going to give us a diff room down the hall which was dated even more. But they did exchange the porch chairs (that were cracked and broken) for new ones.

Our room didn't look quite like the pictures but the little "community" thus hotel has is perfect it's very quiet and peaceful every building has it's own pool and the breakfast buffet was delicious for all of us (2 adults and a 1yr old and 6yr old) we paid like $23 for breakfast it's worth it and the private beach was great also with a shuttle that will take you anywhere you want to go on the property it's amazing and convenient. We will definitely stay here again, the staff is also great and the hotel key gets you discounts to attractions near by.
