A little dissapointed

The bed was uncomfortable, the internet was horriable. It took forever for anything to load and nothing on our PlayStation would play. The shower was the worst. The water pressure was almost nonexistent and it would jump from scorching hot to freezing cold without you touching the knob

I'm terribly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. We are upgrading our internet service during the first quarter of 2018 and truly hope this solves the connectivity issue. I'm also sorry your bed was not comfortable and the water pressure was poor. I will share this feedback with our management team so we can work on correcting these issues.

Nice Hotel but bad smell

Pros: The free DVD rental, was a plus. The indoor/outdoor jacuzzi's were very nice! Comfortable bed with amazing views.
Cons: The dog smell throughout the hotel
This hotel was nice, very pretty but the cleanliness could be improved. There was a bad smell in the rooms, smelt like wet dogs... and the shower drains weren't very clean. There were some updates that the hotel could use. But overall, nice stay!

Want a relaxing get away? Don’t stay here.

I was wanting to get away and relax for a short weekend. I wanted to sit on my balcony and enjoy the view and do nothing else. But what no one informed me of was that they were doing some pressure washing and maintenance this weekend. While I appreciate that they are taking care of their hotel, it would have been nice to know. It also would’ve been nice to know that there was going to be a random person on my balcony not only once but twice. Not only that but even if I wanted to take a nap while that was being done, I couldn’t because it was loud. The refrigerator also made this awful noise all day and night making it impossible to get a good sleep. Then after the pressure washing was done the whole balcony was soaking wet. It kinda defeated the whole purpose of having a balcony and the point of my weekend because I was forced to sit inside and watch as my balcony was pressure washed and the ones above it as well.

Still, our front desk staff should have informed you of our maintenance work upon check in. We understand how frustrating these distractions can be and we truly are sorry it ruined your stay.

Family Birthday

Stayed with family to celebrate 2 birthdays in Myrtle Beach. Ages 18 to 50. We all loved the location and convenience. Staff was friendly and helpful and dog was welcomed and even got a treat bag at check in.

Restored my faith in humanity

Amazing & accomodating staff! Lauren was amazing & made me feel like family. She always knew my name & my precious dog’s name. I was there for therapy...I knew how bad I needed it when I got there & I forgot my luggage back home in a different state. Lauren picked up on my needs without me asking for anything. The room was clean, comfortable and view of the ocean was just what I needed. Because of the hotel staff, their accommodations for small dogs, above & beyond service...I was able to complete my Thesis paper while overlooking my favorite view. I felt cared for, was comfortable, my dog was family to them and I felt safe at this resort. I definitely will only be booking at this hotel for every future visit I make ( which will be a lot now). The indoor pools and hot tubs looked amazing & people enjoyed them. Other guests were just like family too. No one were strangers.

front desk staff were rude and unfriendly. cleaning lady was lovely. It was dirty in the halls. Old and felt unsafe as anyone could kick open a room door. Coke machine was in middle of hallway

Bargain oceanfront in the off-season

I thought it was a good value. My wife and I stayed for 5 nights in mid-October. We had an oceanfront efficiency (pans, real dishes and glasses, silverware) with 2 queen beds. The room was a little small for the beds, but manageable. Great view, 9th floor, from balcony chairs. Outdoor pool, with jacuzzi, and indoor heated pool, with another small jacuzzi. We didn’t have our dog but it is pet-friendly. Off-season means they do building maintenance. We had 2 days of cement grinding that started about 9:30 a.m., VERY loud! We booked through Expedia and got no heads-up from hotel about it. Easy walk to Walmart grocery, short drive to boardwalk. Some underground parking.

Okay place to stay

Pros: Location is perfect.
Cons: The beds were horrible and the TV needs to be replaced.
Location: Off of the busy area of Ocean Blvd.
They are definitely giving the place a face lift and it will be nice when completed. The beds in our room (812) were horrible. It was like sleeping on plastic and every time you rolled over it crunched. The outdoor hot tub was great and the location was perfect.

Was clean and comfortable very nice pools and hot tub would stay there again only thing was there were too many people with pets
