The stay was fine wasn't to happy about paying $75.00 late check in fee. We got down to the beach due to a death in the family and had to have my husband call someone many time that night to come check us in the hotel.

Mold

Absolute worst smelling hotel room ever. We arrived around 5pm, got knocked over by the smell. I think it comes from the AC units and they are just pumping more mold into the room...not healthy. This place should be torn down and just start over.

Old and dirty

Location: Main street was within walking distance.
The hotel appears to be very old and is run down. Much could be done to improve the overall look of the hotel if some cosmetic issues were taken care of. As expense as this place was there was no housekeeping services. The pool had a lot of sand in the bottom of it and there were cigarette butts floating around in the water.

The wi-fi was on and off constantly. The bed was not very comfortable. Great view and very spacious. Location was great.

worst experience I've ever had!

Had to argue for 25 minutes at check in, that my room was paid for well in advance,and I did not owe for my room, with a rude "manager on duty" before he finally called his boss and verified I was right. You must exchange your linens daily on the 2nd floor with a rude maid who makes you count out your linens before you receive clean ones. Balcony less than 2ft wide, elevator small,no housekeeping, rude staff. Have to drive 20 minutes or more to do anything with your family.will NOT be returning, absolutely not worth the money or the hassel.

Decent

Room was decent - in walking distance to a few bars and the room was larger than expected. Front Desk service was a nightmare - also be sure to discuss parking prior to arrival, I had to park a block away in a super sketch lot.

For guests who have 2 cars one car will park in our main lots and the 2nd vehicle will park on Hillside right around the corner from our other lots and it is secure and patrolled all hours of the night and day.
