worst experience I've ever had!

Had to argue for 25 minutes at check in, that my room was paid for well in advance,and I did not owe for my room, with a rude "manager on duty" before he finally called his boss and verified I was right. You must exchange your linens daily on the 2nd floor with a rude maid who makes you count out your linens before you receive clean ones. Balcony less than 2ft wide, elevator small,no housekeeping, rude staff. Have to drive 20 minutes or more to do anything with your family.will NOT be returning, absolutely not worth the money or the hassel.
