The lack of a decent bar on site. No vending machines to get a snack. The requirement to leave a 200 cash deposit because i live near by and then i couldn't get it back until 4 hrs after i checked out.
I won't be coming back.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We do rely on our guest reviews for future improvements. Although our 3500 restaurant is closed for the slow season, we do offer a full bar at the Boardwalk beach cafe. I hope that you were able to find your way there as they make some great drinks. Although we do require a local security deposit, I want to apologize for it taking so long to get this back to you. They are kept in a safe that only managers have access to so if it was very early or very late, this may have been the delay. If we know ahead of time an approximate departure time, we always make arrangements for our guests to avoid this delay. I do apologize if this wasn't explained correctly at check in.
We do reduce the amount of vending machines that are stocking during the winter, as we just don't have the business to move the stock along, but front desk should have supplied you with an amenity sheet letting you know where the stocked machines were located.
We are truly sorry you experienced issues with your stay and hope that you will visit us in the future to give us another try at showing you the level of service of guests have come to expect.
