This is the place to stay!

Linda made the whole process so easy and had everything so super organized from booking to check out. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is spacious and had a very welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

This townhouse was fantastic and perfectly located. easy access to pools, golf courses and very close to all Myrtle Beach activities. The owners really cared about our stay and were easy to reach at all times with questions. Super friendly people! The home was very clean, well maintained and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely try to rent here again down the road.

Our home away from home!!!!

My family and I had an amazing time staying at Linda and Tim's home. The home was very welcoming, comfortable and tidy, everything you could want for was at the palm if your hands. The house is situated very close to the pool and close to the shuttle for easy access to the beach, this was a great feature that our family used often. Tim and Linda were a pleasure and we plan on returning next year!!!

Everything you could want and more.

Very spacious house conveniently located to swimming, restaurants and area attractions. House is lovely, clean and has so many extras (gas grill, screened in porch). Linda, the owner is very helpful and has created a booklet that answers any questions you might have. Enjoyed our stay even though the weather didn't always cooperated.

Beautiful Townhome!

This was our second year visiting and the minute we walked in it felt like home. I absolutely love this townhome. Everything is so neat & clean. We do lots of cooking so we had everything needed for any meal we made. The back porch in the mornings is so very peaceful & we even got a visit from a few squirrels. I highly recommend staying here on your visit to MB as you won't be dissapointed. I'm already looking forward to next years trip :)

Best VRBO rental!

This has hands down been the best VRBO rental we’ve stayed at. Linda ensured everything was set prior to arrival, and all directions were very clear. The house is immaculate. The location was perfect. Everything from the rooms, beds, appliances, down to the cooking utensils were perfect. Linens and towels were provided, as well as the use of coolers, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrellas. We used the shuttle daily, which was a great perk. It was the perfect week and we’re ready to book again for next year. Thank you for everything Linda!

14th ANNIVERSARY MYRTLE BEACH FAMILY VACATION

The property was beautifully designed and decorated! The home was in excellent condition with the amenities as well. It's short walk to the community pool, and just 5 minutes away from the beach. I enjoyed all the scenery outside of the property as well as fellowship with some of the residents. I had a wonderful vacation with my family on our 14th Anniversary vacationing in Myrtle Beach. I will recommend this property to all of my colleagues that I work with, when I return home. I am sure they would enjoy it just as much as my family and I . Drove down with the family for a quick weekend getaway. Decided to try the Barefoot Landing area. Condo is in a great location yet it has a private feel and very quiet. Right on the golf course the condo was more than spacious enough for my wife and two teenagers. My son and I played golf at nearby courses while my wife and daughter shopped at the outlets and Barefoot landing. Extremely clean and nice comfortable furniture. Great communication with the owner. We will definitely be renting this condo again in the near future. Thank you Linda for keeping us so well informed.

Beautiful Home! Wonderful Location!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Barefoot Landing. Tim and Linda's home is beautiful. We fit 2 families of 4 comfortably. The house has everything that you would need - from a well stocked kitchen to a garage full of chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards to use at the beach. The house is right across the street from the pool that we used daily. It is also close to the beach, golf courses, shops and restaurants. There is so much to do in the area. This was our first time renting a home and Linda made the process very easy. She always responded quickly and answered questions that I had about the area. Everything was well organized and stress free. We truly enjoyed our time at Barefoot Landing. We were so happy that we stayed at this property. We didn't want to leave and hope to back again.

Truly home away from home!

Our family of 8 (2 adults, 3 teenagers, and 3 youngers kids) was very comfortable in this beautiful, well-stocked townhome! All the amenities of home and more, including updated appliances (the washer and dryer were a godsend!), a gas grill, jacuzzi tub in the master suite, plenty of bath towels and extra pillows, and a clean garage full of fun stuff to tote to the beach. We loved relaxing on the screened-in porch, and the kids enjoyed being right across the street from the pool entrance. The neighborhood is tucked away inside a large resort, so it was quiet and we always felt safe. Linda was easy and pleasant to work with throughout the booking process and our stay. Just the right amount of communication! She and her husband have spent a lot of time making their property an ideal getaway for families, and we appreciated their attention to detail. We will be back!

Very Nice Vacation Just to Get Away from the Hustle and Bustle

We had a very nice time on our most recent week long trip to North Myrtle Beach, SC. This two-story townhome was exactly like described. The rooms were all well furnished and the kitchen had every item that we needed in order to cook and serve meals whenever we chose. Having the extra half bathroom along with one for each bedroom was an added plus for my two older teenagers. The screened in patio overlooking the golf course was perfect for having my quiet morning cup of coffee. The large Smart TV in the family room, the Keurig coffee maker, the extra closet space and having a washer and dryer were all very convenient extras. Short drive (10 min.) to the beach and close to very reasonable public parking. We also appreciated the beach items that were available in the garage for our use such as the beach umbrellas and beach cart. We did not use the residential pool, but it is just a few steps from the front door. This development in Barefoot Landing is just a short 5 minute drive to the main highway that has a large variety of shops, restaurants and mini golf courses that we sampled. Any questions that we had prior or during our stay were quickly answered by Linda. We are already thinking about planning another trip back next year!

Family Golf Trip to Myrtle Beach

From the emerald fairways of Barefoot Resort & Golf to the golden glow of a North Myrtle Beach sunrise, our recent VRBO stay transcended a mere vacation. This wasn't just a room in a resort; it was a home away from home, welcoming us with open arms and exceeding all our expectations. The spaciousness was a breath of fresh air compared to cramped hotel rooms. The bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offered privacy and personal space. More than the bedrooms, the family room and the dining room provided us with the ability to relax and enjoy each other. More than just spacious, this home was super clean and well appointed. It was more like staying in a friend’s home than staying in a vacation rental. Comfortable chairs and sofas encouraged family time and comfortable beds provided much needed rest and relaxation. We were also surprised by all our host's thoughtful gestures, from providing bikes and beach gear to having a utility sink in the garage with a club brush to clean our clubs when we came home, showed a consideration that goes above and beyond what we expected. Ultimately, what made this VRBO experience truly special was the feeling of being at home even though we were away from home. We weren't just guests; we were family, embraced by our hosts and the comfort and warmth of the space they created. It was the perfect setting to ring in the new year, surrounded by loved ones and laughter.

Peaceful, Relaxing Retreat

I was blown away by how nice and clean everything was. I checked the entire condo while completing my sanitizing process. The entire condo was spotless. It has to rank at the top for cleanest beach condo. As we entered the condo, the phone rang. It was, Linda, the owner making sure everything was in order since maintenance had been performed that day. (It was.) She then further informed me of extras in the garage for going to the beach as well as bikes for exploring. I counted the pool keys to assure her they were all there. Whenever we needed Linda, she did not hesitate to pick up the phone. That was much appreciated. The Jacuzzi tub was just right for a long soak after a long day. The master suite was extremely convenient and we'll designed. The condo was large enough for my teenaged kids to have their own space while we were engaged in our own activities. I thoroughly enjoyed playing my guitar in the evenings on the peaceful screen-in porch. This condo was extremely convenient to grocers, restaurants, and shopping, yet tucked in its own private neighborhood. The bonus was the pool being only steps away from the condo, to which my sons delighted in taking dips daily. The local neighbors were also extremely friendly on a nightly walks. This was THE family favorite excursion to Myrtle, even without our usual beachfront stay. We hope to journey back some time soon.

Perfect Fourth of July Getaway!

We just returned from an unforgettable Fourth of July stay at this Myrtle Beach gem, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed — from beach towels and chairs to a fully equipped kitchen.The hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, providing great local recommendations and making check-in and check-out a breeze. The beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy time together.We’ve stayed in a number of vacation rentals, but this one really stood out. If you're looking for a relaxing, festive, and stress-free beach vacation — especially around the holidays — this is the place.

Such a beautiful place.

Family vacation

We have gone to Myrtle Beach many times, but this was by far the best home we have stayed in. Everything was clean and Linda and Tim were easily accessible to resolve issues or answer questions. This is a must stay house!
