Nice and roomy condos. Pools were locked. Bad communication between resort and Expedia. All sorts of fees.

Check-in staff was incredibly nice and efficient. Even though it states you have to check in at a different location it is still connected and parking is a very short walk. Room was excellent! Though it was the off season there was live music that was very entertaining.

...Our neighbors toilet waste came through our kitchen sink.. It was horrible. We had to open our cold balcony door to air out the room.

I always enjoy the Royal Palms Resort on Kingston Plantation. This is my 2nd visit in less than 8 weeks. Jeanine and Shonda always take good care of me & my family when we visit. The area is well kept and clean. This is my new "getaway" spot!

Confirmed with everyone that it was ocean front and all said yes got there and balcony was facing adjoining buildings. Had to go out on balcony turn to the left just to see ocean. Feels like a scam honestly

Spacious room and clean room when checking in, but the room was not fully stock with items like extra towers and toiletries like tissue and soap like most resorts so was disappointed with Hilton, but work it out with Housekeeping manager so I would stay here again in the future

I loved the actual upgraded room because it was an oceanfront experience. The room & facilities was very clean. I enjoyed the grounds, and amenities. I plan to come back again. I didn't like the a la cart experience with billing. They charge a resort fee and taxes for everything and they charge your card each time which causes issue with most banking institution.

Solid hotel
Had a nice stay at this hotel. Breakfast was $21 for a buffet with eggs, pancakes fruit cereal and home fries. It was filling and hit the spot. A free shuttle was provided to some local shops and restaurants that were within 2 miles of the hotel.

We booked a 2 bedroom oceanfront and it was great but most of all it was clean very clean. Everyone even the housekeeping staff were very nice. Royale Palms is our new lodging of chose when we visit Myrtle Beach.

A lovely time was had!
My partner and I wanted a quick beach, weekend getaway and happened upon the Royale Palms. I’m glad that we booked with them. It is connected to, serviced by, and includes all of the great amenities of the Hilton of Myrtle Beach Resort. We enjoyed using the shuttle service, Mike was so kind! We enjoyed a drink at the Wet Whistle and dinner at Cafe Amalfi. I wish I remembered our server’s name at dinner, he was phenomenal! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The balcony with the ocean view was beautiful. We will be back!
