The Ocean front room had an excellent view. Rooms very tired and need renovation. Customer service is non existent. Staff rude and lazy. They clean the room and don't leave any toilet paper, coffee cups, or towels. If you arrive early they will tell you they will get you in asap and make you wait until after 4 to check in. We went in off season and there was hardly any one there and they still would not accomadate us. Would return to Myrtle Beach but not at this hotel. I don't think I will book through Expedia again.
