I liked my stay front desk was friendly staff friendly. Walked out Saturday morning and it was staff everywhere cleaning. Only thing id change would be furniture in room. It didn't match and was like really dated but room was clean, balcony and view amazing!!!

The staff were friendly ; pool areas were useable and fun ! One of the tubs were dirty, wasn’t clean . Ring around the tub. Counter tops were half cleaned. Floors needed sweeping.im thinking it was an older room. One king room other room had double beds . I wouldn’t recommend or I should say I wouldnt book again

The bathrooms were very small. I did not like the clean tower retrieval from the front desk. Also, the front desk was very rude about the pool towels waiver. The front desk claimed I signed the waiver, when he showed me the paperwork...I showed him that I did not sign the waiver for the pool towels. The pool area was very noisy at night. The cleaners were very loud on 2 nights in a room with slamming their doors while cleaning the room next to us.

I had the ocean view, north tower, nice walk in the morning from one end of the beach to the next. Great view to watch the sunrise. Lots of place within 7 to 15 minutes drive. To shop and eat at. The pools are clean.

Cute studio with a great ocean view. The bath towels need to be upgraded. They feel like sandpaper. Would stay again. But would bring my own towels lol

I like the location near Kingston Plantation and the Hilton. There was construction going on below the North Tower, so that was an inconvenience and very loud. Also, a bus damaged the water heating system, so no hot water for 3 days. And, the inside of the dryer unit in our unit was rusty. That needs to be replaced asap. And, lastly, the microwave in our 2nd bedroom did not work.

Sea watch sept stay.
Booked this unit because it accommodated 6. Not true. There was not a pull out sofa or any other bed to accommodate our family. The front desk said hotels.com were responsible and hotels.com said seawatch was responsible. Neither would help with the issue. I should have been given a refund. Hotels.com gave me credit to use on another stay. My son was in from Denver Colorado and it was supposed to be a special trip. He had to sleep on a couch. We asked to be moved. We loved the resort and were sad they didn’t accommodate us when clearly the advertised room stated pull out sofa. We told the front desk how many were staying they didn’t say this unit would not accommodate us.

It is convenient gas, Tanger outlet, food. My unit was old and did need updating. My largest complaint, the owner above doing improvements which began daily with drilling, hammering etc. Therefore was the opposite of why I chose this place. I went to rest and peace. I had one or the other noises daily. When I complained I was advised owners are allowed to do these between 9-6 pm daily. (Glad I wasn’t there with a child. )I basically had to leave daily in order to escape the noise. The furnishings were dated. I reported difficulties with locking patio door and sockets need replaced (two) in bedroom, unsafe to use in my opinion.The only lock as such on the entry was a flip out thing. It still allowed for the door to be cracked, a hand flip it back and enter. I placed a chair there nightly. If someone used a card to open the door, it was easily accessed. The closet was tiny and I consider a half closet. Lastly, the water was also cut off on Thursday between 10-12. I spoke with the Mgr. and Homeowners President and said they could not assist. I will say, they though they could talk to the Homeowner association and see if they could give me a day or two free stay in the future. I don’t intend to again go there so to me it was not a way of repaying for the vacation I basically lost. Those coming may also wish to know there is a large camping site next door with 100’s of mobile homes, so the beach may be very crowded in the summer months.

This property is in need of some renovations! Microwave clearly at some point had a fire judging from the looks inside of it. Spreads in the beds were not clean. One of the burners on the stove was broken. Floor was not clean. We will not be staying at this property again and would not recommend. Should have been a lot better for the money that they charge!

To my surprise it was a pleasant stay due to the low occupancy. However, the unit we stayed in was worn and outdated. The kitchen didn’t have many useful utensils and the mattresses were old and broken down. The furniture was old and in disrepair but the balcony furniture was very nice. I feel it was a little over priced for the accommodations but was livable and somewhat comfortable. The grounds were well kept but the pools and hot tubs tended to be dirty late in the day. The interaction with the staff was always exceptional and pleasant. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Especially Mark at the front desk. He was very friendly and gave great suggestions for local food.

Room was 1. not available for check-in until 4:45. 2. Assigned room was next to ice ice dispenser where you can hear people getting ice until late at night and again in the early morning. 3. AC unit inside the room sounds like a washer on a spinning cycle when it runs.

Resort was nice . Condo needs some attention.
Work brought unexpectedly back to seawatch for 2 nights. We have stayed many times at seawatch yrs ago. We decided to try it again. Reservation was a breeze as was check in. Condo 1210 was a huge disappointment. For the cost for the two nights it’s pretty upsetting.
