Room very nice
Room was very clean. Appliances all worked. Room was well equipped and supplied. Jetted tub was nice. Both spa pools were disappointing. Both only have a top ring of jets. None of the jets worked on the outside spa. Only half of the jets worked on the inside spa. Several Lazy river inner tubes were deflated and few were adult size.

Great staff . Very nice clean and updated rooms . Convenient parking. instant beach access. Pools are nice clean and family friendly. Hot tubs are larger and very nice. Overall great place to stay

The check in process takes WAY too long! In todays world, no one wants to drive for 3-1/2 hours and have to stand at a desk for a prepaid trip. In order to get a parking pass, I was told I would need to go all the way back out to my vehicle to take a picture of my tag…. Ok, in order to have a parking pass, wouldn’t someone have to give me one? Why the need to have my license tag information, in general? Overall, it was a nice stay for what it was; a place to sleep, but I won’t be returning here.

Seaside was an extremely clean resort that needs some updating. The room was spotless upon arrival; however, the decor and carpeting was very old and worn with a very musty smell. Overall, the resort was affordable and we had a great time! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property, but next time I would try a more modern resort/condo.

The room was great. I booked the 2 queen bed/partial ocean view room and it was more than I was expecting. The beds were in a separate bedroom and there was a living room/dining area, full kitchenette and even a washer and dryer. The room was very clean when we arrived and the stay was pleasant. I really liked that there was free beach chairs in our room available to use. Over all it was an excellent stay. The only downside is there was not much within walking distance like restaurants or shops, but it is a close drive to many Restaurants/attractions.

With coming out of quarantine, it was nice to have hand sanitizer stations at all public spaces. Checking in and out was easy!

View of beach was amazing. Pool and hot tubs were spectacular. Parking spaces very tight to get into barely enough room to get out of vehicle without hitting car door in wall. Housekeeping did not stock rooms on a daily basis with toiletries. Left tip almost daily for them and received not so efficient service.

Good for the money
Good for those on a budget but don’t want to sacrifice on location. Beach was not over crowded. My door handle kept falling off in my room though. Room 1008 and 1107 are good rooms.

Amazing hotel with great pools and beach access. Rooms had everything you need and then some! Awesome jetted tub was a nice bonus. The heated indoor pools/lazy river were outstanding and the outdoor pool and deck were perfect. Right on the beach so you can’t go wrong.

Very well taken care of. And we saw those in responsibility working on the needs of the property before the season started. The only thing that was missing was adequate lighting in the living areas. In the evening I couldn’t read because there was only one lamp. If there is concern regarding the electric you can use motion detecting devices for the lights. Would definitely use this property again.
