There was broken glass throughout the parking garage that never got picked up the entire 4 days we were there. $10/day to park in this garage only. The shower head was dangling from the wall. The room was dirty and had stuff left in it from a previous renter. We always bring our own cleaning so we deep cleaned, put our own linens on bed and put the trash in the hall. Received calls bugging us to get our free gift from concierge then when we finally took a minute to stop by, both concierge ignored us while chatting up one other person. Locked out of our room day2 because they didn’t check us in properly so our key auto turned off. Noisy hallways and a tiny room without a microwave simply take it off our list for the many other better options at the same price point.

First and Last Time at Sheraton
Pro: Close to the attractions we visited in Myrtle Walking distance to beach *a couple of blocks* Cons: Had to pay per night to park in their parking deck! Not included when booking the room. They're no microwaves in the rooms and one microwave on the floor, which is not convenient if you have to heat multiple items up and carry them back to your room. Also not convenient if your room is on the other side of the building. Booked an ocean view room, but only saw the other hotels blocking the ocean as our view instead. Made the best of it and saw a beautiful sunrise though. If it weren't for the cons, I would stay here again.

Everything was great minus the shower not working. We were in a hurry when we woke up so we were not able to call down and wait to have the issue fixed. Upon checking out We were told it was a simple fix for maintenance but we would have perfected that simple fix been done before we checked into the room.

Good place to stay, the hotel itself could use a few updates/fixes. But other than that, convenience is key. You are close to tourist attractions and a lot of restaurants to eat at.

I really enjoyed our stay here. I felt safe because you can’t do anything without your room key lol. It was quiet & comfortable. Everything is within 5 mins of the hotel. Fast & easy check in as well. It was worth every penny spent. I just feel like breakfast should be included but that doesn’t take away from the good!

I was at this property celebrating my birthday for the weekend, inside of the property was clean the and big. The staff at the front desk were professional and very nice and I was given direction on where to park. When I got to my room, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and my view at the window wasn’t so bad either. The bed was very big and comfortable. I have no complaints about my stay. I didn’t have to go anywhere for food, drinks nor deserts because the hotel had everything that I needed as well as I’ve cream and also a place to buy snacks. I have no complaints about my stay at the Sheraton Hotel.

Great hotel, great location and ocean view even from two streets over. Great room and very comfortable. The only down fall is the food at the bar is horrible and not worth the money, great service at the bar despite the food.

When I booked they said everything was in walking distance. NOT the pillows sucked and the vending machines kept taking my money. My wallet was stolen, don’t think I’ll be back in all my years travelling this was the worst.

They gave a dirty room. The beds were not made and it looked like someone had just left. There was hair from the previous person on the carpet as well as the bathroom. There was sand in the tub as well. I will never stay at this property ever again. I asked for someone to come clean the room that afternoon when we checked in toy the room. No one came until around 5pm.

This was the idea location for me. I didn't have to worry about traffic if I wanted to walk to attractions I could in a very short distance. The convention center had a showcase going on, and I didn't have to drive. This is going to be my go-to spot for the future. Check in was very quick I was not inside 5 minutes and was all set to my room.
