Quiet, close to beach

Pros: balcony view, close to beach, relatively quiet
Cons: Daily housekeeping, as advertised. Various extras such as indoor pool, restaurant on site, should be stated when not available
Location: Great beach location, not much to do unless you drive, long walk to attractions, must drive to restaurants
Room was inviting as far as closeness to beach, nice balcony view, at first, very impressed, but after our first night, room not made up for two days, no maid service, had to make our bed, take out our garbage, go to front desk for items that were suppose to be replenished daily by housekeeping staff, no one came into our room after the first night. Very disappointing after our first night. No perks that were advertised on web site such as, indoor pool, restaurant, no daily housekeeping.

Disappointing

Nice hotel, right on beach

Had a last minute switch up for our honeymoon and ended up at the beach. Pools were closed due to hurricane Matthew damage the elevators were a little dingy but we had a very nice room. There was a cigarette burn in our comforter from a previous visitor as we do not smoke but all in all being right on the beach makes up for it

Don't recommend

The hotel itself was ok and we could have stayed in another hotel . The indoor pool was out of order and family we're disappointed. Staff were in friendly and rooms were ok. Nothing to brag about. This trip was my family and I to get away and the trip was ruined because of the hotel.

Needs Improvement

Pros: Nice view of ocean.
Cons: Most everything
Location: No a lot going on w/out driving.
Staff was not friendly, room was clean, but needed severe updates. Fixtures falling off walls, handles barely on, carpet tearing. Halls smelled of cigarette smoke. I understand the outside & pool being closed due to storm damage, but the rest no. Not impressed..won't be back. It'd been nice for them to have put info.on website also that their amenities were not available.

Not hot water, no refund as promised

Upon check in I was told the entire hotel was out of hot water and they would compensate my 2 rooms because it was almost 2 am and we wouldn't be able to shower. Upon check out i was told manager would contact me and got nothing. We agreed to a refund at check in. Upon the first review the hotel online they replied that they would contact me and resolve the issue directly with me and I still have yet to hear anything

I really enjoyed my stay.very comfortable and a great view from my oceanfront view. The room was worth what I paid. I definitely plan to visit again.

Pros: I basically like most everything this hotel offers
Cons: I dont like the parking facilities that much. Hav to park in a certain area, have a big truck, and no elevater from that level, so hav to drop my elderly(84) mother before i park, just alot of hassle, and reluctant to bring my dissabled brother next yr, for the same reason, also wish that i could get an efficiency, so i could cook but do not have too many of those i could afford
Location: Great location!!! Lots of things to do, shopping, grocery stores, siteseeing, malls, love the location!!!

This hotel I would not recommend to anyone

Pros: There was nothing I liked about this hotel. It was the worse hotel I ever stayed in
Cons: We get there, and no phone service, or internet. That you could live with. At nine o'clock that night there was no hot water, said it should be on by morning, Morning came and no hot water, so no one in the whole hotel could take showers or get cleaned up. When checked out they said have a nice day, did not offer any discounts for all the incovenice they caused. Expedia needs to remove this hotel from there choices.
