We returned the 50 deposit, the bank takes time to get the money into your account. You have to wait for 3 to 5 working days. Regarding drilling, they worked for only one hour that day because we set up a high-speed WiFi connection. All the plugs are working very well.

We will not say sorry and thank you for this opinion as it is completely wrong, it is a false review. During the stay, you stayed with your three children without any complaints. You left the room very dirty. Why do people lie, and put people down? You should learn something about cleanliness.

We provide housekeeping service every day but you said that you do not need this service as you prefer to clean the room yourself. Did you clean the room once during your 3-week stay? No, because the room was very dirty. You have badly damaged the property. The linens, pillows, towels, blankets, and carpets were stained and smelled foul. You broke the toilet and please accept your mistake. You should be thankful that we just kept your deposit of 50 and didn't charge the 350 fee. We closed the pool during the winter and the pool will open on March 15th.
