Corner Room with an Excellent Beach ViewPosted Nov 13, 2015
Location: Nice that the hotel is located about 20 miles south of Myrtle Beach's hustle and bustle. There are many very good restaurants nearby.
We were only there for one night at the end of a week-long vacation down the coast and wish we would have booked a longer stay. The staff at the both the hotel and restaurants were very friendly and professional. The corner room in the towers afforded and excellent beach view. The room was large and comfortable. Internet connection was free and worked well. The only downside was the exceptionally cold air blowing from an outside air vent under the bathroom sink. Even though the cabinet doors were closed it blew hard enough to flutter the toilet tissue on the roll. I had to place a blanket over the doors to seal the air spaces. We reported it and were told it would be looked at immediately.

Hotel close to the beach.Posted Nov 2, 2015
Pros: close to the beach and easy access from 17.
Cons: Front desk could not provide me with a receipt/print out of the total bill when I checked out as booked with Expedia. Never good for the customer....
Bedding, comforter and pillow shams and blanket did not smell fresh. Pillows with shams smelled stale with someone else's body odor when removed from bed the first night.. Blanket was stored in plastic in the closet and was smelly. I am used to a clean smell for bedding at a hotel.

Great location with some TLC neededPosted Sep 27, 2015
The location of the hotel is beautiful and the beach is quiet and lovely. Our room was overlooking the ocean and dunes and was very comfortable. The room decor was dated and dark- think knotty pine and dark drapes and couch. A coat of white stain would do wonders! The bathroom had a few quirks as well and limited hot water so quick showers worked best. Bring your own large beach towels with you and find the nearest Walmart to buy a few inexpensive beach chairs instead of renting them each day. Aside from the little quirks, the hotel makes up for it with a great breakfast each morning which was included in our rate and offered cereals and fruit and waffles and yogurts. The Cabanna restaurant was fun and great huge salads and outdoor dining overlooking the ocean. Hotel staff was cordial as were the cleaning staff. I would definitely come back!

Loved it was on the beachPosted Sep 21, 2015
The food prepared was extraordinarly good. Our room faced the ocean and very comfortable. The staff was so gracious and helpful. You could tell they had a large return business. Which made our stay even more comfortable. Chandler you rock as a waiter. We will be back.

Litchfield InnPosted Sep 15, 2015
Pros: old style, quiet, older couples and family friendly.
Nice old hotel/motel on the beach. Excellent food and staff. Beautiful SC beach. Expedia charged me 2 prices. Will NEVER book through a third party again. Really got ripped off.

Great Location on the ocean, but old hotelPosted Sep 13, 2015
Pros: View, location, staff, and breakfast included
Cons: Upgrade sheets, pillows, and comforters repair bathroom door rugs on the floor to absorb left over sand from feet/shoes and at door to prevent falls
Location: Beach, Cabana Bar, and dining
Great location, ocean front, screen porch was nice. Tile Floors without rugs were slippery when wet and did not absorb sand, at least a mat at the entrance of the room would have helped. A/C worked but the room was constantly humid and everything felt damp. Could use an upgrade on sheets, comforters, and pillows. The bathroom door would stick shut and require pushing your shoulder into the door to open after a shower. Service was friendly, Cabana bar was great, and awesome view.
