shinning light

Was a nice stay. The only problem was that there was a light outside the room that made it impossible to sleep at night due to the brightness of it.

Too far, great view

Not a bad place to stay. Far away from everything. Two miles away from the closest store/restaraunt/gas station. The office is only opened 2 days a week. However, great view right on the beach. STRONGLY disliked that they put my first name on the door to my room, that was a huge turn off.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Part of Sea Pointe's allure is that it further away from the hustle and bustle. Our main office is open 7 days a week, but the manager at the building is not onsite everyday. We hope you will stay again soon!

Out dated room and lousy customer service

Stayed in a 3 bedroom condo. The room was very dated but clean. Had problems with the reservations when i called and inquired about the room. Was given the run around by the front desk. Was told that I would receive a call back the next day but never did. Said the manager would call me back and straighten it out but never called. Took 5 phone calls to finally get the reservation straightened out. Does not give you the location to pick up the keys. Was told by the property manger at the condo where to pick up the keys. Overall, the room was old and out-dated and customer service was not up to par. Will not be going back
