Hotel was clean and comfortable

Hotel was ok and most of the staff were okay. Disappointed when we asked for a restaurant in walking distance and told more were s 10 minute ride away but didn't tell us about their shuttle service. On the day we checked out they knocked on our door at 7:45 to remind us checkout was at 11. No do not disturb signs available. Then housekeeping knocked at 8:30 we asked them to wait until checkout. Then as my husband was shaving without a knock they just came into the room. From a hospitality brand I felt like they couldn't wait to get rid of us. Wouldn't stay again since there's lots of other options

Mystic Comfort

The Mystic Hilton was beautiful. My family had been there several years ago before the update. We loved it then! It was a wonderful surprise to see it renovated. We liked that we were in walking distance to the Aquarium & Mystc Village. We will return!!!!

The hotel itself is great and in a great location! The indoor pool is fun for the kids after long days out and about. They've even started doing poolside movies for the kids. Staff is pleasant and accommodating! The food, however, is disappointing. Luckily, there are many good options around the hotel.

convenient location and very nice facilities

Pros: Indoor salt water pool was a great feature.
Cons: Hotel restaurant was...meh.
Location: Adjacent to the mystic aquarium and very close to the seaport and downtown historic mystic, great location to access all of mystic and surroundings.
I took my three toddlers for a long weekend in Mystic. Our first day was rainy so we spent much of the day in the indoor salt-water pool. Our room had a convenient fridge so we could keep some milk and fruit on hand to feed the ever-hungry children when in need. The room was clean and well maintained by the staff each day.

Current problems with Expedia booking but the hotel and their service were top-notch I should have went directly to them

great stay except

We had a wonderful stay except for the first night or our two day stay the lobby was extremely loud and kept or 4year old up until almost eleven. When I called the front desk they explained they had a rained out concert. I was understanding of the fact and went about trying to get her to sleep at about 9:30 with her finally sleeping the ,aintence staff knocked on or door. This woke our daughter up and was a mistake over what room needed a bed fixed. I once again was understanding. The next morning I explained my evening to the front desk and was disapointed by the lack of remorse or concern. Over all we had a great experience but the lack of sincerity for my displeasure was disappointing. In the future I would consider staying at this hotel but would not book a first floor room on a weekend.

Very nice hotel . Excellent entertainment at night in the lounge. Barking dog next door was annoying.The pool had a strong odor of chlorine. There was white sticky stuff at the end of the pool. Disappointing pool for a Hilton. The breakfast was excellent.

Spacious and great location

Attentive and friendly staff. Spacious, comfortable and quiet rooms. Modern and unique renovation mixed with local seafaring touches. The restaurant is fine. The location is excellent just off the highway and walking distance to Starbucks, Mystic Aquarium, the Old Mystic Village and many restaurants. Check-in was quick and earlier than expected. The bathroom floor, although clean, could have been scrubbed a tad bit more but otherwise the room was clean and housekeepers courteous at all times. I've tried many other hotels in Mystic but this one I will return again.

Pros: Not much.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Does not matter
We were given a handicap rook that was very uncomfortable. No glasses in the room, no couch or comfortable seating. Complementary bottles of water were not replaced on the second day. Bathroom cleaning was minimal. Not a good experience.

Nice hotel, a short drive from Mystic downtown.

Cons: We were checking out at 11am, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9AM. I would think they could get a print out of daily checkouts & skip those rooms.
The service was excellent. We were helped to find places to go and when we had a mix up on breakfast end time, they accomodated us anyway. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I found the decor blah in the rooms. But, that is really not that important in the scheme of things.
