Location is great.

Pros: Location
Cons: restaurant staff
Location: Mystic aquarium and village
Staff in restaurant not friendly or helpful. They never came over to my husband and I the whole time we were at the table for breakfast

Great place - very clean and comfortable - would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying there again.

Nice hotel close to everything

Nice hotel close to attractions. Rooms a comfortable, they could use a bath mat in the tub which was slippery.

The Mystic experience

Pros: Close to all attractions.
Cons: Queen size beds.
Location: Perfect location for all attractions. Aquarium was right across the street.
Great location to see Mystic. Hotel is in a perfect location with plenty of parking. The restaurant was excellent within the hotel.

Across from the aquarium

Across the street from the aquarium and a 2 minute drive to the Seaport and the downtown Mystic area. If you drove 3 minutes you might have missed it. Easily walkable but the hotel has shuttle services.

No problems with staff or rooms. If I stay there again will not eat at the restaurant in the hotel food was not worth the price.

Nice hotel! Great location!!

The hotel is only 4 stories high so it isn't very tall and the views outside rooms aren't the nicest. The rooms are nice and spacious and the bathrooms are nice. Although their windows in the jetted tub rooms are weird as they use a layer of wallpaper to block people seeing through and if you open the window you can see right through the bathroom window exposing toilet. For kids these rooms aren't the best as there are absolutely no metal gates on windows and they are kinda low. Might be silly for adults but it would be a total safety hazard for kids. The highlight of this hotel is it's amazing locations. It is across the street from the Aquarium, mystic village shops, Starbucks, pharmacy/supermarket. It is a 4 minute drive to the seaport and it is a 20 minute drive to foxwood and a 25 minute drive to Mohegan sun.

Pros: Hotel was up to normal Hilton standards
Cons: Common sense approach to customer service
Location: Wasn't there for touring area
Check-in was a nightmare, the 4pm check-in was unusual (I've used Hiltons for business worldwide) and they were inflexible on their policy which came close to causing us to miss our 4pm wedding
