I was hoping to have my children enjoy the pool but it had been cleaned that same day and even though it was open, the smell was terrible and our eyes were hurting and teary so we had to leave. We had to call front desk multiples times because we didn’t have hot water in our room. I also went to the lounge and ordered a panini WITHOUT roasted peppers to go, and after I got to the room I noticed it had peppers, by that time kitchen was closed . The bar had very limited options, but the staff was friendly. Overall, my kids and I didn’t enjoy the experience as much as we hoped ; I wouldn’t do it again. We are local , and the indoor pool was the main reason why we booked , unfortunately could not enjoy it; kids were also coughing and had runny noses after the pool.

The jacuzzi I cleaned with bleach several times consistently produced other peoples pubic hair And other nasty particles, I was able to use it, The hotel was unable to provide me a refund. I had a horrible stay

Love the convenience of this hotel for Foxwoods! Rooms were very clean, only thing Id say I didnt like is the jacuzzi. Its very outdated, hard to use and not many jets. But other than that we love this hotel. The young woman who checked us in was super friendly so was the man with glasses who helped us get into our room was very nice! Bed is comfy too which is a plus. Def recommend this hotel especially for the shuttle to and from foxwoods if you plan on drinking.

The room was fine although I find this hotel a little noisy. You can hear everything through the walls. Also, the cable was out so no tv.

This property is clean and staff are very nice. If you book through a booking site and not them directly, be careful as I was overcharged by $50 and they would not give it back😩. Expedia gave me a credit but it is not my money.

Glad I went against the negative comments and took a gamble. It ended up being a pretty decent stay for the price. Customer service was superb. Very close to Foxwoods, which was the primary reason for my stay. Would definitely come back.

I stay at the presidential suite on 3/22/24 jacuzzi or hot tub was dirty found nut shells in it.i wish they built the presidential suite on the top floor they had animals running around all night.

I'm a "value" shopper when seeking accomodations. What am I paying for what I'm getting. This hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. It's a 5 minute drive from Foxwoods casino and less than half the price for a stay there.
