Great find

We were only there for one night but it was completely unexpected how cute this place would be! Loved the room but the tub could of used a little more of a scrub but overall it was great !

Nice hotel, right across the street from the aquarium. The only issue we had was the lack of towels at the pool. Several people called the front desk, we waited over an hour and still no towels. We had to go up to our room dripping wet. Kids were frozen.

Great time

The young lady named Raven I believe at check-in was fabulous, clerk at checkout not so much. Pool was nice, housekeeping staff friendly, room was quiet and dark,bathroom and shower were clean plenty of towels and toiletries, close to everything,?overall very good. We would and will go again.

Deceiving

Nice hotel, great location, but service is not what I would expect from a Hilton. Booked a room with a King bed for a kid-free getaway with my husband. We arrived, and checked in and were sent to our room and when we arrived it was a room with two double beds. I immediately called down to the desk and they basically said, we dont' have any more kings, we overbooked. No appologies or anything. I was so annoyed. This is a hilton hotel. And the most frustrating part is that they didn't tell us at checkin to give us the option of going somewhere else. They just sent us to the room without saying anything. Will not stay here again.

Nice Hotel, Mystic Ct.

Pros: The hotel restaurant "The Irons" was surprisingly good. Do Not hesitate to eat there.
Cons: Reservations should be honored.
If you are traveling to Connecticut near the Foxwoods resort this hotel is a nice stop. First, it is within walking distance to Mystic Village, a quaint shopping area, as well as the Mystic Aquarium. So, both your wife and kids will like it. Second, It is about a half-hour by car to Foxwoods Casino, so if you like gambling everyone will be happy. It also beats the price of a room at the Resort by about 50% per night. One note-the only negative thing I can say about the hotel is that they over booked the room we reserved and it was not available during our stay. So, if you make a reservation be sure (contrary to the advice given by expedia) call and confirm and inquire about the availability of the room you book.

Gorgeous Hotel!

Pros: Modern, Clean, and Comfortable.
Cons: Make bathrooms larger
Location: Right next to the Mystic Aquarium, down the street from Mystic seaport and about a 15 minute drive to Foxwoods Casino.
This Hilton hotel is newly updated and located right next to the Aquarium and Mystic Shops. It is also right down the street from Mystic Seaport. My husband and I booked this hotel because it was close to Foxwoods. We were pleasantly surprised to see how updated and modern this hotel was. The room was extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was newly updated. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom was updated but not expanded- it was a little cramped. The bathroom ceiling looked as though it had about 20 coats of paint on it.
