Location was great.

Was disappointed with hotel and services. With the price of room expected more. Included nothing. Had to pay for shuttle to casino when all other hotels offered this service for free. Will choose another hotel in the future.

Right Across from the Mystic Aquarium

The hotel is situated in an ideal location. There are good restaurants close by and you can walk to the Mystic Aquarium which is right across the street.

Directly across from the aquarium, and close to sea port. Movie by the pool was great for the kids to enjoy.

Great location but left something to be desired

Great location but left something to be desired. Being in walking distance of the shops and aquarium was great. We stayed two nights and on our second night all our dirty towels had been taken and no clean ones replaced. The hotel staff was generally friendly. The pool smelled and not like chemicals and did not look very clean. The common areas of the hotel we're kept clean but had a general rundown look. I would say for basic hotel needs its location couldn't be better. I would recommend it,however I would advise someone to look around first for other possibilities.

Very Nice- BUT

Pros: Convenient to highways and many area attractions. The hotel interior and rooms are spacious, decorative and well appointed.
Location: Mystic center with shopping, dining and sightseeing. Foxwoods Casino and Stonington village are close by.
The location is great however being a large facility, the distances from parking to room to amenities can be challenging for disabled guests such as myself. Our room was inviting with comfortable beds and good temperature control, good refrigerator but no microwave.. TV selections were adequate. The breakfast room seemed a bit cramped for such a large hotel. The breakfast buffet was average with the exception of smoked salmon. Overall not impressive, especially our wobbly table.

Beautifully updated hotel.

This hotel was amazing. The only issue I had was that the room was so dry at night. Other than that, the staff was kind, the bartenders were great, and the location is perfect.

Wonderful Location

The hotel is beautiful. The location is wonderful. The restaurant food was delicious & the staff members were very courteous and helpful. The room was a bit drafty especially the bathroom, showering was a bit unpleasant. But overall, I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel, horrible staff

I had a great time till I couldn't play music off my phone at 9 because it was too loud? I've never heard of such a thing in my life. I pay enough to stay here let alone have someone come to my room saying my phone is too loud. I've never been treated like that in a hotel in my life.

Checked in late due to seeing a concert and hotel staff was knocking at my door at 9am waking me up which I did not appreciate. When I bought it up to the staff they had no words??

Very comfortable

Was there for a annual company meeting. Would be nice if a letter checkout was offered on these occasions. Room was excellent and so comfy. Food excellent. Shower had some mold throughout the grout and the tub was chipped and repaired with what look like caulk. I would definitely stay again despite these 2 minor issues.
