Good hotel that missed some of the small details

The lobby is clean, the staff is friendly and professional, the restaurant is a pleasant surprise. But three things spoiled the experience. First, the room thermostat was set to 67 degrees in December. Second, the bed was made so that the blankets did not extend to the pillows. I had to remake the bed. Third, the handle on the bathroom door came off. Small things but I expect the small things to be covered.
