This property is an embarrassment for Wyndham. We anticipated a small space but this was claustrophobic. Spent $600 on this room for one night due to a concert—what a waste!

I like this property because it’s close to Mohegan sun. I’ve stayed there before… except I was disappointed that they removed the microwave and the refrigerator from the rooms.

I believe the last time you were here you were upgraded to a suites looks like this time we were unable to do that for you that is why there were no refrigerator or microwave in your room. The shuttle was very useful. My only complaint was the smell. It smelt like a typical hotel which I do not like.

The front desk staff didn't speak English well and she was checking us in. She was asking for a deposit for the room but didn't really know how to explain it. The other front desk person had her fingers over her nose and then proceeded to keep snorting and then wiped her nose then handed me my key. Nasty. Then before finishing the casino driver stopped at front desk to say he'd be a few because someone threw up in his truck. Those people went into the elevator before us staggering. So we had to take the elevator that those people went into. Again not their issue just bad timing.

It wouldn't be difficult right after on-line reservation that when contact with your client with reservation confirmation to also include check-in time. This information was not communicated. When we tried to check by trying to contact via voice with the property, the prompts to "get where we were going" were confusing/not working. This sounds like a staffing problem and was frustrating to us. Maybe a "focus group" designed to improve service across the board with one topic being "On-Line Reservation" and resulting E-Mail correspondence is in order.

Very happy about shuttle service to/from Mohegan until 2:00 a.m. Either Expedia or hotel’s (800) main number indicated no shuttle service. We were on 1st floor and group of young people hanging right outside our window on property causing noise, but not alarming. Breakfast foods limited, but ok. Staff efficient. Abundance of linen in bathroom, but suggest bringing own toiletries. Only 2 tiny bars of soap and tiny tube of shampoo provided.

Easy access to the area. They have a convenient shuttle to and from the casino. The room booked had a microwave and fridge. It was very comfortable and was what we were looking for. Lots of shops behind the hotel as well and on the same road. Very convenient to pick up anything you need.
