Great place to stay if you’re gambling or watching a show at Foxwoods.15 -20 minutes away bring your sport bike or car . Great windy road , or take the other road if you want. Save money on the room so you can blow it gambling

The one thing I didn't like is WiFi was available, but only on a non secure public forum and no Internet was available. I could access WiFi on my phone but did not have any access on my laptop. Free breakfast had limited, but adequate choices. The rest of the facility appeared clean. I didn't utilize the excersize room and the pool is closed for the season.

The toilet was not attached to the floor so it wobbled and made awful noises. Areas were a mess from obvious upgrading- husband saw a cockroach scurry under the tv stand just before we were leaving

They are remodeling the hotel and the changes are very nice. Rates are usually a reasonable and they are close to the casinos. They are also pet friendly which I appreciate. The staff is friendly and helpful and the free coffee 24/7 is also nice. I did get locked out of my room (key card no longer worked) when I was loading my car to leave (had to make two trips and found myself locked out after the first trip). Key cards should work until check out time and it was only like 10:15. Also the vending machine they have does not work and there are not any options to get snacks or something to drink (you should bring your own food). Those two things would be my only minor complaints, but I would stay here again.

This place was very uncomfortable to stay at during my 4 day stay. They are currently doing construction on the other 2 floors so there’s a lot of construction workers hanging around and making noise early in the morning. There was a guest who had two dogs and the dogs barked all night. There is also guest who actually live there so they kinda roam the halls which also is a safety hazard for young women who stay here.

The rooms are always clean. The sheets smell clean and are very soft. The mattresses are on the harder side but good. Great staff. Very clean facility. The only down side is the continental breakfast went downhill. No more eggs and sausages. Only waffles, some cereal. The orange juice machine is out of order. The ice machine on the 1st floors been out of order for many months. Other than those slight inconveniences, it is a very good stay for the money. If you want a safe, clean place to sleep only, its perfect

The hotel is in a very good place for visiting Mystic. The staff and hotel was very nice and clean. The beds were very hard and the walls thin.

They just renovated and the property looks great. Clean and we stay often when we goto Mohegan sun. The king matress was harder than I would have liked and cpuld just start to feel the springs, the continental breakfast was a little scarce but I will continue to stay there. Smells clean, was clean, felt safe. Excellent quality for the price!

When we arrived, the property was very well maintained on the outside. The front desk clerk was extremely courteous, professional, and accommodating. The lobby, the hallways, and especially our room was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We found the Entire Staff esp Front Desk very helpful friendly and accommodating to any ?s or needs we had We would def come back - A lil dated Hotel but affordable and close to town and Exit 95 for our Travel needs we miss Mystic already Great trip 👍🎄❄️🚢🚢🎄☕️ breakfast included was also very nice and enjoyable 👍☕️🧇🍎

Storm drains were hidden by leaves & pet fell into grate up to his chest..!! Minor abrasions on front legs.
General area around parking lot cluttered with old chairs, pallets & junk.

Very noisy all night long. Noise came from guests above us constantly. It was like they never slept.

Overall the hotel was a good experience. We’ve stayed here before. Only issue is not in the hotels control. It’s obnoxious other guests after hours. Folks do not know how to respect other guests.

This was a last minute one night stay. 15 mins to Foxwoods which was convenient for our plans. It seemed okay until I went to lay down and there was hair on the bed sheets. They smelled clean so maybe from the dryer but it should be checked before placement. Breakfast was okay. A couple different choices. One of the half and half’s were expired. Overall stay was okay for one night. Staff is nice.
